They initially send the wrong item. But after I explained the error and send my proof of purchase I had no trouble getting the correct item.
Everyone makes mistakes and the way they handled this was quick, professional, understanding with no complications.

I ordered some weight plates at the beginning of April, and on the website it said that they had it on stock. 3 weeks later, there were still no news about what happened to my order. I decided to write to their customer service for information, and a week later they say that they can deliver my order in august or september!!!
I understand that these are extraordinary circumstances due to corona pandemic. You may run out of stock, and be understaffed, it is understandable. But come on, it shouldn't take 1 WHOLE month to let your customer know that you don't have what they ordered and already PAID FOR.
You took the money, promised me that you would deliver the order within 2-5 days (because in the website it said they had it on stock), keep the money for a month, and then you are telling me you don't have it. And if I didn't ask about it, you probably wouldn't give me any information at all. I have a hard time believing that this was an "honest" mistake. It feels a little shady.
I asked for a refund now. I hope it won't take another "month" to get my money back.

11 days since I ordered the product and…
11 days since I ordered the product and still haven't received it. No comunication of the delay. This is why next time i will prefer to shop in bilka or the local places.

Due to Corona there is extreme situation at the moment. Both for us and the transport company.
We sent the order 2 working days after the order was made. Then delivery was also delayed due to Corona and extreme overload in work for the transport company.
The parcel was picked up by you same day as you wrote this rating. Sorry for delay but that is how the situation is right now. We hope for understanding, I think you understand the special situation the world is in during this situation... nothing is as normal.
