CROOKS

CROOKS, It is a SCAM! The never communicate with you are always late, rude staff always promising things they can't deliver. They promised 10-12 days deliver after payment, 25 days later they NEVER called and they don't have a delivery date... TERRIBLE customer service. All they do is lie lie lie.Typical car-salesman pitches and once you pay EVERYTHING changes and nothing works anymore. FLEXCAR is 1000 times better!
Don't get carried away from the low prices, it is all BS.

dont trust them

be careful! whatever they say double check and ask them to write it down for you for proof. Always read between the lines and dont trust what you read on their site! there are other dealerships far more reliable but to be honest private sellers are better!

Leasing Customer / After Sales Support

I've been a leasing customer for almost 3 years now; the worst support ever known to man; basically you have to do everything yourself and continue to pay the leasing fees; STAY AWAY from this company even if the price is better IT'S NOT WORTH IT!

Ηarassment

I have already fully paid for the service and have repeatedly provided proof of payment. Despite this, I keep receiving emails demanding payment again, which clearly constitutes harassment.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If this continues, I will take legal action.

I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with them and not to buy a car from this company

They used to be decent a few years back…

They used to be decent a few years back but they have mutated to a corporation that is definitely not about the customers' needs. They will lie to you, ghost you and cause unnecessary delays. I hesitatingly tried their competitor Instacar and they even brought the car at my door for a fee, without even warranty.

Avoid.

Stay away

In 2021, we bought a 2012 Renault Megane with the 1.2 TCe 115hp engine from this particular company, and it was burning oil from the very first day. About 2–2.5 liters every 10,000 km — something that was never mentioned anywhere, so it had to be discovered through personal use. We chose to buy from this company because of the convenient payment method they offered.

We were never informed about the oil consumption issue. Maybe we should have suspected something considering the car had only 59,000 km and was being sold for €9,000. Since we’re from Thessaloniki, they gave us a one-year warranty, and when I asked if I could send someone to inspect the car before purchasing, they said I could, but I would lose 6 months of the warranty.

The car’s service history showed only two services every 30,000 km — something I later found out through personal research is catastrophic for this specific engine. How is it possible that a company that claims to be knowledgeable in vehicle inspection, on-site or not, wouldn’t know this? Or maybe it wasn’t just ignorance — maybe it was intentional?

At the time, buying a car was an urgent necessity and there was no time for further research, so we proceeded with this company due to their fast service and the ease of payment. That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. However, since the company tries to present itself as an expert and trustworthy in the car industry, they should have warned potential buyers about the known issues with this engine.

So either this was complete negligence and they just wanted to get rid of the car by offering it at a low price, or they’re not as knowledgeable as they claim to be. Even though I strictly followed oil and filter changes every 8–10,000 km at a specialized garage and regularly checked coolant and topped up oil myself, just the other day the engine developed a compression issue in two cylinders and now it needs to be either repaired, rebuilt, or replaced. We’re waiting to open the engine to get a diagnosis.

The entire experience — the constant need to top up oil, the frequent checks, the careful driving with proper engine warm-up before every single use, even just for driving a few meters, and waiting for the engine to cool after trips before shutting it off — ended up being a huge waste of personal time. It caused me extreme stress and even sleepless nights. If I can take legal action for the mental distress this caused me, I will. I’m mostly writing this to warn future potential buyers. Check and double-check — don’t fall into the trap of warranties; they just want your money.

In short, buying this car from this company or from any random used car dealer in Greece would’ve made no difference at all.

I would rather buy a wrecked car

Company was dishonest about the condition of the car. Car came with hidden serious faults, serious issues with the safety electronics , and , most imporantly couldn't drive above 100 km/h without terrible noise coming from underneath the car. This was resolved after around 30 phone calls , and extreme delays in everything that should be a 1 day process. A few months later car I had to change the multiclutch (I paid it myself - the company denied their involvement). So I would rather buy a wrecked car than something from this company again. At least I would know what I am getting.

What Really Happened After I Paid €15,000

I’m sharing my experience with this company to raise awareness and help others avoid the situation I’ve found myself in.

A few weeks ago, I paid €15,000 upfront for a car that I was promised would be delivered within a specific timeframe. I entered into this agreement trusting the company’s professionalism and expecting transparency, proper communication, and timely delivery.

Unfortunately, what I received was far from that.

After the payment was made, communication became inconsistent. I repeatedly asked for updates and clarity, but all I received were vague responses, changing excuses, and no actual progress or confirmation regarding the car’s delivery.

What’s even more unacceptable is that I sent a formal and respectful message directly to the CEO and the highest-ranking individuals in the company, clearly expressing my concern and requesting answers. That message was ignored completely.

It has now been over four weeks, and I have not received the car, any proof of progress, or any genuine accountability. Despite following every step they asked and paying in full, I’ve been left with no resolution.

I’m speaking out not out of anger, but because this level of treatment is completely unacceptable — especially when large sums of money are involved. No customer should have to deal with silence, delays, or dishonesty after placing their trust in a company.

If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle from them, I urge you to demand clear timelines, proof of availability, and secure terms before making any payment. I hope my experience helps protect others from going through the same.

I wouldn't choose or rely on their service at all. Let alone spend a euro with them.

So this guy calls me out of the blue in the middle of the day after I made an enquiry on social media about one of their cars. I receive a call in the middle of the day , during work hours without any prior contact / time for a call which also is fine as I made the enquiry.
So we start talking and the call drops. I thought he'd call back, but when I called back on the number he called me from it ended up being a the general number of the company itself so the auto voice starts and I disconnected.
1. The call was so short that I didn't even remember the guys name and he didn't even call back. I mean how are you even planning on making any sales with such untrained staff.
2. I saw an email, in Greek. When the chosen language of communication during the call was in English, despite that I asked him to call me back when they can do i can get some more info. To which I get a reply. 'Oh did you send me the docs'.

I'm sorry for the harsh review but as a working professional myself, service and follow up is an absolute disaster.

NOT the most flexible leasing of the market as they say

At 7th February 2024 I decided to trust the flex leasing program of this company in order to be able to have a flexible leasing for a small period of time until I manage to get a new car. As it seemed, indeed it was too good to be true. They say that most of their cars are available in 10 working days but some with discount need at least 20 working to arrive and to this I agreed.
The deal was to pay 2 installments as a guarantee and a third one in advance in order to start the booking of the car. And so I did at 8th February 2024. Days passed until the arriving time of the car but nothing happened, not even a phone call to inform about the delay. After that day, whenever I asked about the car they kept saying we will let you know in two days, then in three days etc. but they never called and the car never arrived. They kept postponing it. Today, that I write this review, we reached 26 working days. They don't even have the car in their facilities and the 20 working days of delay was because of that. So, even if the car arrives tomorrow in their facilities, the car will reach me at least in 10 more working days. This means the waiting time will be for sure around or over 40 working days. That was not the deal. They don't even give me the opportunity to cease the deal since they can't give me a car, or even know about when they will have a car to give me.
