Poor customer service
I reached out through Viator to Spotin Tours twice to request an exchange for different dates (not a refund) because I had food poisoning. Despite explaining this, they refused any assistance and didn't bother to respond the 2nd time. This was an anniversary trip and my husband’s first time to El Yunque, so I hoped for at least some compassion.
It’s disappointing that a company recommended by Viator, which I booked through and also didn't help, can’t accommodate a simple date change due to extreme illness. If you value common courtesy look elsewhere; Spotin Tours failed to deliver even the most basic customer service.
