They don't reply to their e-mails.

They don't reply to their e-mails.

The online form was filled in incorrectly, so I emailed them to let them know. They ignored my email and just dispatched my item to the wrong address. I assume my money is just lost. This seems to be a recurring theme of dealing with British companies. Take your money and run.

Bought a keyboard, bad idea

Bought a keyboard, they sent wrong one, then didn't actually have the one ordered.
A month & 14 emails later still wasting my time for full refund. I'm done will now simply report them under Section 75 and get my money back. Don't use if you expect issues to be resolved.
Update Jan - I posted this review on their website, they blocked it of course, you wil only see the few 5 star reviews, do not use this cheating company who will lie to you. They are now listed under Section 75 with my bank for this.

Just bad.

I ordered a case from these guys through Amazon. They only had two pieces and the price was okay. When I received the case, I realized it had no dust filters and no HDD/SSD enclosures, there was no information whatsoever on Amazon about this.

They still refuse to pay for the postage when you decide to return it. I had to pay for DPD delivery back to them.

On DPD tracking, I could see a very professional delivery reference provided by the seller "BOLLOCKINGS".

I then had to chase them for a week to find out whether they have it. Their typical response was "due to covid, we have no one to process refunds". So you had someone to send the items but not to receive them back? The item arrived via them, not Amazon.
