Initially I gave a bad review but on reflection I believe it was a misunderstanding and misinterpretation. The reality is this is a company with a well deserved excellent reputation built on decades of work and dedication to what they do. It would be unfair to leave a bad review based on a brief misunderstanding. I have since been in touch with them and that is why I have edited this review.

Brilliant service, kept me updated with the order and quickly solved a query regarding spare parts.

the site still has good pricing on PPE but sadly the shipping cost for Canada has gone up by 3 times since 2021 which is unfortunate.

Fab service colour matching paint for my 1949 MG TC. Friendly advice, with great patience and time given to obtaining the precise colour match. Highly recommended. Thanks.

My order started with a delay but was quickly and fairly resolved once it was addressed, good quality equipment and experienced team.

Originally scored 2 star for issues with delivery. Company contacted and have gone all out to rectify situation which, to be fair, has been impressive. Appears ‘hiccup’ had been with the courier but I cannot fault Spraygunsdirect in how they have handled wanting to resolve the situation to provide a positive experience.

When I made my order, I didn't really know what i was doing. The products I ordered would have been incompatible and while most sellers would have just sent the products out without thinking twice, spray guns direct gave me a phone call advising me about more compatible products for what I was doing and helped me change the order.

Absolutely faultless, ordered a devilbiss spray gun but made a mistake and ordered the wrong air cap with it. Rang them to explain my fault and they had ups out the next day with a new air cap in exchange for the wrong one. I wish all shopping online was this good. Thanks guys.

First off, I live in the USA. I found out about this company through the Gunman YouTube videos. I visited the website and found you can pretty much find any gun at the about the same price new as most you'll find used on EBay. Not only do they sell spray guns but also parts for spray guns even the discontinued models.
There inventory is unmatched and shipping times are often faster than it takes to receive items shipped within the US. They use DHL and I've received order within 5 days which is fonominal.
Anytime I look for guns or parts they're my go to source now.. they are really that good.👍

I purchased an Iwata Neo CN at a very good price from SprayGunsDirect last year. This year it developed a fault and SprayGunsDirect provided an excellent after-sales service, sending me a replacement part under warranty which arrived the day after I contacted them. Thank you.

Varied amount of stock to pick from, they stock pretty much everything you might need. Everything is competitively priced too. Customer service was also great, very friendly. Will happily use spraygunsdirect again :)

Cannot commend this company enough for resolving my issue I had due to the courier not delivering my order in time. Andy at spray guns direct took the time out his day to personally bring me my order to my house and also compensated me for the issue actually caused by the courier not spray guns direct. I cannot thank him, Kerry enough for their efforts to resolve my issue and they did so above and beyond. I highly recommend using this company for any needs you have and I most certainly will be coming back for many years to come.

This is the first experience with Spraygunsdirect. I found a fast despatch and delivery, with a reasonably priced inline pressure gauge. In fact it was faster than Amazon.co.uk.
Not the most complicated of devices in terms of spray gun technology, but I will be visiting again. I found their website to be well laid out and helpful.

I purchased a spray gun and regulator online and it arrived a day or two later. Due to a change of plans, I contacted them to send the items back.

The person I spoke to arranged a pick-up and sure enough the following day the item was picked up.

Very happy with this company and can happily recommend them. I had the need of a spray gun for a very particular application and was hitting dead ends via other routes.

Upon phoning up, I spoke to a very knowledgeable man (I am sorry I forgot the name) who understood exactly what I required and provided me with suitable options.

The product arrived a little slower than I had hoped (due to bank holidays), but once it arrived it did the job as I had hoped and got me through a tough job.
