Great site!
I recently opened an account with Spreadex and so far I have found it a rewarding experience. The site itself is quite easy to navigate once you have given yourself the time to explore all of the different options that are available. Also, there does not seem to be a lower limit on the amount that you can bet, which is an added bonus when funds are low. Depositing and withdrawing funds is a very simple process with withdrawn funds being back in your bank account within a matter of minutes. Also, they set sensible deposit limits as well that, for myself, suit my requirements perfectly. One thing I have noticed is that when I placed my last bet a pop up appeared asking if I would like to try a spread bet this time? At the moment I am very happy just doing my fixed odds bets for modest stakes and as I mainly just a bet for pleasure punter I don't really want to be encouraged towards spread betting, when as we all know the rewards can be high, but also the losses. But this is just a minor issue. And so all in all I find Spreadex to be a very good and honest site, with attention paid to the needs of their customers, and I would happily give them my recommendation. If the level of service remains the same then I will be a Spreadex customer for a very long time.

Management fixed the issue, but frontline support needs work.
My original request was incredibly simple: I asked live chat (Tommy) to close my Sporting Index account and leave my Spreadex account open. Instead, he closed the wrong account. When I complained, a "Senior Advisor" named Nick refused to correct the error, permanently closed my accounts, losing my promotional free bets.
I had to escalate this to a Formal Financial Dispute and submit a DSAR to get the issue looked at properly.
To their credit, within 48 hours of escalating, Customer Service Manager Clive stepped in. He was excellent—he apologized, reversed the closures, and credited me with the free bets. My account is now set up exactly how I originally asked for it to be on Monday.
Verdict: The management team (Clive) is fair, sensible, and honors their promotions. However, the frontline customer service needs serious improvement, as it shouldn't take formal legal escalations to fulfill a basic account request.

Fairly treated on sports bets by spreadex
They are doing ok . I have a justifiable low opinion of the betting industry nowadays . I understand compliance is an important issue but had the 'firms' not taken advantage of the vulnerable with their blatant advertising of casino, slots, bingo etc(all the things that aren't gambling -just losing) historically then perhaps this wouldn't have happened.

Have been having a go at Spreadex…
Have been having a go at Spreadex Sports Betting after being with Skybet for around 10 years. It’s a bit more daunting than I’m used too. I do not understand the spread betting. When I joined there were free bets include in the offer, but have not used one of the free spread bets. I would rather it was free bets on football or horse racing. I’ll give it another 2 or 3 weeks then have to make a decision to stay or go back to Skybet.
