Good quality, bad shipping partner
Hi! Everything is fine with the product, my hoodie is very soft and warm, and print quality is nice. But I had huge troubles with the courier. You only propose 1 shipping option which is DHL. For some reason, my courier didn't have my email or my phone and he couldn't reach me, just kept changing the status to "failed delivery" even when I was home all day waiting for him. I totally remember that I filled in this data while placing the order. I had only 2 days to solve the problem since on the 3rd day my parcel was meant to go back to you. Of course, this trouble may not be your fault (no idea if my contact data wasn't passed due to the mechanical problem or humans'), but you should consider other shipping options, like self-pick-up services (postal automats, physical offices, e.g.). That was VERY stressful and DHL's help was not very responsive.

All good – the prints arrived fast and all is OK. I would really use a preview of the print on the chosen t-shirt size – if I knew how big the t-shirt would be I'd arrange the print differently.

Horrible delivery!!
The product is fine, but delivery to my country was like a horror. Sender didn’t gave my telephone number to the carrier!!! So after not meeting me twice at home around 2 p.m. (kind of obvious as I’m at work till 4p.m.), the package has been sent back to the sender. I lost 2 hours on DHL support line convincing them to redirect the package. The product wasn’t worth the stress. Never ever!
