I was having an issue with linking my PayPal account. I messaged the team who were extremely helpful in resolving my problem.
I highly recommend using spreaker.

When I logged into my Spreaker account, there was a note in blue across my page telling me an email was sent for me to verify my account. I never got the email and kept clicking to resend it until I was finally locked out of my account. I got so scared that I had made things worse. Then I decided that I would wait until the next day to try to login. So after the next day, I was able to get into my account with the note still across the page to verify. After a while, I wrote to Spreaker for help and sent a photo describing my problem. Spreaker answered and an email was finally sent to my email to verify. I was able to verify thanks to Spreaker’s help. Spreaker is very good at helping out when you need help. Thank you Spreaker.

I've been using Spreaker for live broadcasting and podcasting since 2013. I started with a free account and am now using the Broadcaster account. I've watched the interface change over the years to make things more user friendly. There has never been a change in how friendly, courteous and professional the customer service representatives I've dealt with have been. I've used chat on the site and in my account interface and I've used e-mail. Spreaker has always been responsive and made me feel like my questions are important. I highly recommend them for live online broadcasting and podcast hosting. Love you guys and gals!

I have to say, I am not sure what has changed other there at Spreaker but I like it! Spreaker was for a long time unresponsive at best, I really like the interface though so I hung in there, But this recent exchange was simply amazing! I was running out of storage space and was in a quandary as to what I was going to do. I did not want to lose episodes that were on the distributed platforms. I reached out to Spreaker not really expecting an answer. But in a few hours I got my answer, I did not like it but I had my answer. But all was not lost. Spreaker did something I NEVER expected, they offered me something! Amazing!!! I am a Spreaker-head from now on!!!

had a few questions about uploading a new second podcast and had some helpful answers that saved me some time. hope my idea gets through as it is i feel what others may need as well. all round a great service and will be staying with speaker for the long term as they have always helped and continue to add new features. thanks guys.

Spreaker has many great features including the ability to host many podcasts for the same subscription price, which is great when you want to try launching new ideas. They also have great support, and I've never experienced any problems with their service.

3 years without a hiccup. Upgrading was as simple as a click way back when. Multiple podcasts in one purchase. I could not ask for anything more.

WARNING - Spreaker trick you into an annual fee that is taken without warning and increases in cost!!!!!!

They refuse to refund even when not authorised!

Moses gave me an answer that made sense about stats and DL's not coming over from another platform. this little detail should be added to FAQ's for new people like me who freaked out after not seeing any stats for a few days LOL. Thanks!

I have been using Spreaker for at least 5 years. My only complaint is that they need to not give our payments later than the date it's due.

I have been on Spreaker for 2 years. I began using their awesome free 100 hours which gave me time to develop my brand. They have most of the tools I needed to record and to get my feet strong! I was offered a great deal and appreciate the new Broadcaster upgrade and its features! Give Spreaker a try, you will love them!
