have been waiting for a parcel for more…

have been waiting for a parcel for more than 3 weeks now, tracking is stuck and no response from the useless customer service. I've tried to contact them via the form and instagram and nobody managed to receive an answer, nor me nor the company sending the package.

Made me loose my money

Costumer service is horrible pretty much useless no response at all and I lost my money since they most likely lost one part of my package since it didn’t arrive terrible service it’s been now 3 months and no answer

Worst delivery company ever Violette…

Worst delivery company ever used by Violette the makeup company that have amazing products but sadly appalling delivery and a record of poor delivery issues ….. the orders are sent from the US and then once in Europe Spring GDS take over the delivery / distribution for Europe …they consistently failing to deliver the goods….clearly there are issues so why anyone uses them I do not know no one wins here not the company using them or then end user 😑😑😑

What a sh… shocking company

What a sh… shocking company. If you thought your usual delivery companies were bad you did not meet this one. I would not use this company even if my life would depend on it. And I can’t believe some brands are trusting them.

The parcel does not arrive. The tracking shows hosanna. The company does not know where my parcel is. The company does not respond to contacts. The seller is waiting for a response. I am waiting for a response. I am waiting for the parcel. The parcel cannot be found, although the tracking shows that the seller has delivered it to the company.

Check well when you're ordering online

Check well when you're ordering online, if the website you're buying from is using this spring gds. Because if they do then you'll never have it delivered. There's literally no customer support about shipments and the tracking doesn't work. They keep sending items back and then they lose track. Happened to me twice in the last two things I've ordered and spring gds is supposed to deliver. Even being in an EU country doesn't make any difference. It's a horrible service that will lose your items, waste your time and money. Avoid anyone who works with them at all cost.

Repeated delivery failures and unreliable tracking

ve had repeated and serious delivery issues with Spring GDS. Multiple parcels have been delayed, marked as “address incorrect” despite correct addresses, or simply not delivered at all. In one case, the parcel was out for delivery and then returned without proper contact.

As a seller, this has caused refunds, reprints, and unhappy customers. I previously stopped using another print provider because they relied on Spring GDS, and unfortunately I’m now facing the same problems again. Very unreliable service and poor communication.

Terrible to make customers wait months…

Terrible to make customers wait months for their items. Somebody isn't doing their job. If I could give them no stars that's what I would do. Avoid them at all cost. There's no excuse for an item to sit there over a month when the package made it to the country of delivery. It's very insulting especially when the prices are so high. I hope you lose all your customers. Terrible again

Spring GDS is a scam. Totally incompetent. They are not a courier company, they keep everyone’s packages and don't deliver them, which is reflected by 80% of the reviews being 1*. I would rather place the item in a bottle & throw it in the ocean than depend on these clowns.

Third‑party order via Spring GDS

I ordered a third‑party product through Decathlon, which was shipped by Spring GDS. My Decathlon items arrived within three days, but the Spring GDS shipment still has no confirmed delivery date (after 6 days).

After seeing 800+ negative reviews, I asked Decathlon customer service to cancel the order immediately. They could only submit a request to the seller, so I’m now waiting for confirmation and a refund.

Mistakes can happen, but the volume and duration of negative feedback suggest structural issues at Spring GDS—particularly around communication and delivery timelines. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend using Spring GDS.

This is almost outrageous

This is almost outrageous! I've never encountered such a bad company in my circle; it's practically fraudulent. If a company needs to deliver to its customers and this "useless delivery company" can't keep to the schedule or even loses packages, it can cost a good company extra or even ruin its reputation. I strongly advise staying away from this delivery service because it will fail 100% of the time and is therefore completely useless.

Champions of sustainable logistics

Oh boy.....so, you call yourself green but instead of generating 1.3 ton of CO2, you have generated 2.4.! That's green! Sustainable? Sure! Make sense? Hell yeah! From Girona to Zagreb is 1488km but somehow geniuses at this company made a conclusion that it would be more sustainable to send the package from Girona to Hague, then from Hague to Zagreb. Brilliant! Instead of 1488 km, it's more sustainable to run a fully loaded diesel truck for 2900km through Europe. Logistics reinvented!

Don't use this company

Don't use this company as they don't even attempt to deliver just take them to the post office parcel depot. You pay a 48hr tracked delivery charge for a non service as you have to go to parcel depot to collect it which could be miles away depending on where you live. If there was a 0 score that's what it would be. Parcel force are actually paying them to deliver them to there own sorting offices?????? On reading your reply the local courier that you use
seems to be the problem. Had to drive a 36 mile round trip to collect from parcel force depot who told me the parcel had been returned there and never left the building from then on, even though I received a message on the app saying it was attempted everyday the following week which it wasn't! Was it? Still looks bad on yourselves when you use useless 3rd party couriers who get paid for a non service.

SHOCKING customer service

SHOCKING customer service!
I ordered something from overseas and was told it would be delivered within 30 days...I have waited almost 2 months and no delivery or comms!

Tracking says my parcel has reached SA, but there has been no movement or progress since 20 November.

I have sent countless emails to both Spring and EPG and receive no response. This is so frustrating. Are they even a real company? I can't believe that a business can be so useless and people still use them?!

Honestly the WORST shipping company I have ever come accross.

Ordered and payed for an item from…

Ordered and payed for an item from Germany on 12 Nov. 17 November a message from Royal mail telling me they have received a nessage from the seller stating the item was now in the system and they would message me when the item is in the UK. Today is the 24th November and nothing yet. I;m afraid any ebay seller using this less than useless courier service is doing a diservice to their customers and their own business.

Awful

Their 'tracking', if that's what you call it, is like something The Riddler came up with to annoy Batman - it's a complete waste of time.

I am still yet to receive my parcel and the tracking is telling me absolutely nothing.

Spring GDS gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me . . .

we have been using Spring GDS to process and handle ALL our international parcels for the last 3 years and I have to say that their service is excellent - we are very happy and would never go back to using The Royal Mail for any international parcels.
