This is the worse casino games app ever , I have won R1000 and withdraw R960 but they forfeit my withdrawal because I have violated the rules and it takes 2 days if you withdrawal before you receive your withdrawal, according to them.

Then 1 week later i tryed to withdraw again they decided to change my withdraw limit to 3000 without telling me why or even that they doing this. Over the past week, I have been sent from pillar to post between the documents team and customer support while trying to verify my account in order to withdraw my funds.

I am a South African citizen using a valid green South African ID booklet, which is still a legal and accepted form of identification. However, your automated verification system repeatedly rejects it, claiming that certain details cannot be seen clearly.

I have attempted the verification process more than 20 times. The problem is not the quality of the document itself, but rather the way the “verification centre” captures the image. No matter how carefully the booklet is positioned, the system takes the photo from too far away, resulting in poor resolution and unreadable details.

I have emailed the support and documents teams multiple times, including screenshots showing exactly what the captured image looks like, trying to explain that this issue is caused by the system and not by me submitting poor-quality photos. Despite this, I continue to receive the same generic responses: “try again,” “adjust brightness,” “take a clearer photo,” or “use another device.” I have already done all of this without success.

I also provided a valid driver’s licence, yet I was informed it is not accepted, even though the website suggests otherwise. My proof of address was successfully approved, and I passed the liveness test without issue.

At this stage, after five days of going in circles, I do not believe it is unreasonable to request a manual verification of the documents I have already submitted. Other casinos and financial institutions are able to manually review documents when automated systems fail, so I do not understand why this cannot be done here.

The most frustrating part is not even the delay itself, but the apparent unwillingness to properly assist or escalate the matter. I simply want my account verified so I can access my withdrawal, yet I keep being sent in circles with no real resolution.
