I've been taking these for years. I don't know if they will help me live longer but it doesn't hurt to try them. On a trip to Kenya I visited an elephant sanctuary that was adding spirulina to the formulas that they were using to feed orphaned elephants. I thought that was interesting.

Great product. Keeps my immune system strong and healthy. Even lowers my cholesterol. My only criticism is the sharp edges on the tablets. They would be easier to swallow if the edges were rounded off and smooth.
I have not had the flu, Covid, pneumonia or a cold since taking Spirulina, this is over the course of about 10 years!!! THANK YOU!!!
