Excellence Course that I would definitely recommend.

Excellence Course that I would definitely recommend. The course was well run and very organised. The instructor was very knowledgeable and approachable and I found that the course helped give clarity and put into context some of the challenges we are facing with our current Agile programme. The tool/techniques taught on the course have help structure some of my thinking around the root causes for some of the issues that are constantly raised in our retrospectives and implementation of these have helped to address these challenges.

Needs to ensure audience is correct

Many of the audience did not have the required Agile knowledge. There should be a mandatory pre-requisite training level including a pre-requisite test to be passed.

Whilst building the Lego city was fun, it was not sufficiently tied into the process being taught. It might have been better to include elements of it throughout the morning theory session

This was a great training

This was a great training. Ahmed did a good job of covering all of the material and also supported some revision sessions afterwards. Overall a very good experience. I would wholly recommend the training and also to use Ahmed as your coach.

Superb instructor!

Ahmed is a wonderfully engaging presenter, very easy to listen to and the course was just the right mix of theory, practical demonstration and anecdotes - thank you!"
