We had 2 sofas, an armchair and 4 dining chairs cleaned today. Daniel did a remarkable job, the furniture looks like new again! I have already recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so. A great job with a friendly service. Thank you!
Daniel was very professional , his care to detail and attention to his work was exemplary. After the completion , the carpet look brand new. I am very impressed with his work and will definitely be using him again.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, POOR QUALITY WORK AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! ALL THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE Arranged carpet repair job. The patch repair (approx. 15 x 25cm) took 20 minutes and the contractor charged $300. The job appeared very amateur and I stated I wasn't happy with it before paying, but the contractor assured us we need to keep walking on it and it will blend in. Upon close inspection after he left, I could see that the carpet was overlapping in areas and there were gaps in others. EVERYONE WHO SEES IT CAN'T BELIEVE IT WAS Meant TO BE A PROFESSIONAL JOB. We called and spoke with the 'complaints department' who asked us to send photos of the job, which we did. We followed up many times and they eventually stated that the job would be redone, and we would get a call from the contractor. The contractor did not call, and we have called approx. 2-3 times per week for the past 8-9 weeks trying to get this resolved. Each time we say the contractor did not attend as promised, we are told we'll get a call back. On no occasion have we received a call back from the vendor. They are a joke, steer clear!
