I was quoted $50 for a blood test for chronic illness based on the prescription forms I sent and when the lady showed up to perform the test she said it would cost $500. What disgusting and terrible people to be so predatory with pricing when it comes to people’s health. Shame on you. Avoid booking this service as they are deceitful.
