Tutor is funny great instructor down to earth makes time fly by fast I had a good experience no complaints.

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. They deduct pay from you after informing you, you will receive full pay for your days work even when they tell you to leave early. Ignore any questions you have. Change your schedule of shift as you’re working. Pay you incorrectly then take 2-3months to rectify it. Honestly I would not touch this company with a barge pole! They treat all their employees including the veterans with so much disrespect. Worst company I have ever worked for! I am now in debt with my bills as they keep deducting money from wages on the day of pay day.

Monkeys! If they even exist, other than online. Don't expect them to answer emails or phone calls.

Scammers do NOT use - Scammed out of my money. Booked me on a course, then they cancelled it and I wasn't able to re-book it. I tired ringing them, emailing them no response. I finally got through to them on the phone using a different number I asked for a refund and they said "yes well do that right away" without taking any of my details then hung up on me.
Used Get Licensed in the end, no issues with them, even though I had to re-book 4 times because of Covid.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team at SSG, they gelled really well with my staff and went above and beyond to help us out! 👏🏼👏🏼

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in the UK. I booked a course with them on the phone. This should have been my first clue as they don't pick up the phone Even if you wait for an hour. Anyway I managed to book a course after paying a deposit and received a receipt. On the day I went to the venue and the venue didnot know anything about them. Tried to call but no one picked up the phone. I have called and emailed them again and again on the day but no one responded. After weeks of efforts they sent me a 12 pages long refund application. I sent it back but it's been a month and no reply. So simply cons and criminals.

Great course, you people made it quick and simple for me. I appreciate all the help you provided i was very nervous at the start but now I feel confident to work security on doors. Thank you so much!

AVOID THESE CON MEN AT ALL COSTS!!
Booked a course through them and they took 2 seconds to take my 100£ deposit, only to then cancel the course without telling me!! And have refused to give me a refund and have stopped replying to my emails and calls! AVOID THESE PEOPLE!! I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS IF THIS WAS A POSIBILIITY!
