Like a one (rude) man operation
Read the responses to the negative reviews here and you'll know the level of service you're getting. I bought 10 proxies and noticed that they had the same subnets and the IPs resolved to the same cities as a proxies I had on HighProxies. It seemed that they were using the same data center for their services as HighProxies. There's nothing wrong with that, a lot of proxy services do. But since I had previously had FB issues with proxies from those same data centers, I asked for replacements. I got a refund, a sarcastic comment, and a closed account. After a bit of research, it seems like everything is run by a person or persons using the same name. Probably he can't keep up with new customers and it's easier just to ban them. As my business has grown, I now have hundreds of proxies across their competitors, so it's their loss. After some research, I found SSLPrivateProxy charges a little more for proxies from the same data centers, so just go with the cheaper services who have better customer service.

We charge for proxies a fair price as long as we don't lie our customers and sell shared proxies instead of dedicated. You are just upset because you was banned form our network and we completely understand you.

you have ordered regular private proxies and you have requested Canadian ones, however you never told us you need them for PokemonGo cause the proxies you have purchased where not compatible with Pokemon Go, instead of telling us for what do you need the proxies you have requested a refund, a refund was granted without questions.
