The service itself is great and at a good price, contact with customer service no problem. At the same time, the whole process should be more transparent before the loan is granted. I would have also appreciated a more detailed overview and sequence of all the steps leading up to the loan, including those of the co-applicant when logged in. It happened that my spouse did not notice the need to sign one of the documents that was requested at a later stage. As I did not see this in my profile, we wasted a week before the customer support got in touch with me.
Another delay was due to the size of the loan. It would have been much easier if the applicant could have ticked the option to agree to a lump sum repayment of the part of the debt that is over the limit when entering their personal details into the system, rather than waiting almost a week for a phone call to confirm.

I applied to move my mortgage to Stabelo in September 2022 - now 5 months ago - due to their competitive rates. After some initial emails and phone calls nothing has happened and their rates are now no longer competitive.
Everything is good so far. Smooth and easy digital platform.
Except the initial process of loan transfer took a bit too long to complete.
Very good and easy communication with loan manager, who was very supportive.
