Great service, great products
Absolutely amazing service with great advice as to what will work best for picture slates. They delivered a beautiful stable name plate and slate picture which were a gift for a friend who loved them. Would highly recommend based on both service and product quality

Beautiful name plaque and Kirkby Stringer were so accommodating and added some scripture that I really wanted underneath my horse’s name. Really happy with it. Great communication and it was received within days of ordering. Great price too! Thank you.

Only slight problem was that screws were a bit too short so caps would not fit on.

Hi Dave, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry the screws were too short. We have done tests on the screws and the caps and they should fit with the caps. We have changed the screws as they cause less damage when screwed in. We will definitely review this for the future.

Absolutely lovely
The ordering process was really easy BUT I didn’t receive an email confirmation, so I thought I had been scammed! I rang the number and left a message and someone rang me back really quickly and confirmed my order. I did email a few days later (heard nothing back) but my order arrived and they are fabulous. Thank you so much but you do need to sort your email out

I'm sorry your experienced a delay in your order arriving. Stable name plates can take 2-3 days to make, as we use 2 coats of varnish on the name plates and they need to dry before dispatching.
There was a slight delay in starting your order, as we sent you some proofs regarding the font. Once we received your reply we made a start on your name plate straight away.
2nd class delivery can take anywhere between 3-5 working days and that's where the delay might have been. Please accept my apologies. Kind Regards Jen
