The dress was breathtaking, just in the photos . I had it custom made to my size . Communication was very good with them . Also payed to have it done early . When it came and tried it on I was over the mood . Totally recommend

From ordering the dress for my great nieces prom to receiving it was effortless. Kept fully informed about despatch and due date. Actually received ahead of expected date.

I ordered two bridesmaid dresses for a wedding, and they were very poorly designed and did not meet my expectations.

You are unable to return the dresses or obtain a refund. The company is based in China, not the UK, which was not made clear to me.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would strongly advise others not to buy from them, as you will not be able to return the dresses for a refund.

I ordered a wedding dress.
It came, it was wrong colour to start with and nothing like the picture at all.
I asked for the address for a refund, after emails back and forth for a week with them offering discount after discount ( which i now think I should of taken) i got the address to return it.
I paid £30 to return it at royal mail.
Costly mistake
I then waited a month thinking its on the slow boat to China, nope its at customs and its another £30 to release it so I can get a refund, oh and stacees are taking their postage off the dress being sent too so a transaction of £209.00 has cost me £90 and I didnt get my refund yet.
Do not use this place, its a disgrace
I thought with it saying stacessUK it would be a UK place sending me the package and to return too.
Nope, I got scammed

From placing the order communication was clear, the order arrived before the date I was given and the dress was amazing quality and looked amazing on and the quality was fantastic for the price. My daughter absolutely loved it ! Thankyou Stacees.

Cannot leave zero stars or I would. Ordered a dress as standard size to enable returns as per their policy. Dress came and looked worlds apart from the photo of the dress online. When I contacted them to arrange return, i was originally offered a refund of £20 and I got to keep the dress as the 'pictures are for reference only' I refused the offer and sought advice. They eventually said I could return the dress but I was responsible for the shipping which also goes against regulations in accordance with consumer rights. They finally agreed to give me a refund of £70 and I keep the dress telling me to sell it. The dress originally cost me £125 in total. NEVER EVER again will I order from them

over the moon with the dress, and the speed of delivery, arrived quicker than expected, the quality of the dress was amazing. Custom made and fitted like a glove. Highly recommend. She looked amazing and felt a million dollars in it.

Nightmare returns.
Would give zero stars. Reluctantly I accepted an offer.
However I'm still a £100 out of pocket. It isn't on their website that the customer has to cover courier cost and taxes to return. They enter a series of negotiations with you, that start with you keeping the dress that doesn't fit and them remaking another for £20.
Avoid this company at all costs!!

The dress was amazing - it really stood out and my daughter looked beautiful.
We opted for the made to measure and were not disappointed - I had been nervous about doing this just in case the size was wrong - but no need to worry.
The dress was received within the given time frame.
I would highly recommend Stacees!!

Communication was excellent, even through I ordered a size 4 dress Stacee’s still got in touch asking for specific measurements of bust, waist, hips to ensure the dress fitted perfectly including the height (which I found if you buy from a prom shops the height is standard at 6 foot so you need to find a seamstress!).
My daughter’s dress was ordered on 27 May and it arrived 8th June, I was impressed on the speed of delivery. But more importantly the quality, the dress was stunning, sparkly and fitted perfect. I’ll be definitely recommending Stacees to friends, family and online followers. Thank you for making my daughter’s prom dress!

Bought the dress for my daughters prom night. We had to order a custom size, which we were so glad there was an option for this! It ended up being a spot on fit, nice quality dress, value for money, and it arrived quickly considering the custom fit. We were kept informed every step of the way via email. Would recommend
