The dress is beautifully made. Came ontime with no issues. The custom service is brilliant, my daughter wasnt sure of what colour she wanted and the live chat was brilliant in showing her the different colours of the dress.

OUTRIGHT SCAM!!!!! - DO NOT BUY FROM STACEES!

Firstly everyone should be aware that most of the positive reviews of this company are fake reviews created by the company itself, it’s easy to tell if you read them!

My wife brought two dresses for her wedding day for $750, both showed up and were badly made and not at all as described.

We had trust in the company as it said full refund was available in the return policy, this was a COMPLETE LIE. Initially they tried offering us new dresses and all sorts of weird offers that didn’t match up to their stated return policy. They were also deliberately trying to run out the clock on their 14 day return policy.

Finally they gave us a return address, after some research we discovered the return address was FAKE even after paying $65 for postage, when they clearly knew they were going to refuse the package all along.

We addressed the issue with PayPal and they told us to send the return back anyways as they spoke to the company and they had said we hadn’t returned it despite that initially but even been offered.

Suprise suprise we returned it to them only to have the package refused to be accepted by them.

This has been a horrible Experience and ruined my wife’s wedding, this company has no ethics and couldn’t care less.

PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY!

UPDATE: below this message you'll see they have responded as they do to many complains on Trist pilot, they have made no effort to reach out 'solve the problem in a timely manner'.

I also heavily suspect a number of positive reviews are fake reviews.

Beautiful dress that was well made and fitted amazingly!

The prom dress we ordered had a split on the seam at the back.

I received no response from Stacee’s through their website until they asked my via email for feedback. The email back was defensive!

No option to exchange or return offered and no discount as you would expect when depending £150.

Luckily my mum can sew and she fixed it but I would say the quality isn’t that good yet the price isn’t reflected in this. I won’t be using again.

Stacy’s is absolutely terrible. Their dresses run extremely small. I normally wear a true size 10, so I ordered a size 12, and I still can’t zip it. Unfortunately, because I didn’t try it on and return it within the 10-day window, they won’t accept the return. Now I either have to buy another dress from them or find someone who can alter this one.

First time ordering from this website. Website is easy to navigate. Ordering process is simple. Customers get notified when the dress is being tailored, inspected and shipped. The dress arrived exactly within the expected period. It is very well made, with sturdy spaghetti straps. Actual sizes and length are true to the chart. My girl wears a size 8 and the dress fits perfectly. I think the company values customers’ satisfaction as I got a follow up email asking for feedback. In short, it was a great shopping experience and I would definitely order from this company again.

It was for my sister’s prom and it fit perfectly ( we took advantage of the custom fit option).
The website was easy to use and delivery was quick as stated, the dress is of good quality as well.

Order number SS0530467921 - Ordered a dress for my daughter for her prom a few weeks in advance incase it didn't arrive on time. The dress was stunning and fitted well. My daughter wore it and said during the evening one of the straps snapped. My husband, who ordered it, received a "how was your order" email and responded with the issue. They basically said because it was out of the return time, they were unable to do anything about it. He replied stating that for £150 he would have expected the dress to last for more than one wear. He was offered £10! What an insult. Terrible customer service in my opinion. Would never buy from there again or recommend.

I needed a dress for my son’s wedding. I was having no luck finding anything until I found Stacees online.. I was a bit reserved about how things would turn out.. 1.. not being a great dress buyer and 2… it’s a gambol buying online.. I found the whole experience easy from sending measurements, as I chose to have the dress custom made… to when the finished article arrived. It was of exceptional quality with the fabric and beautifully made. If I should need another statement dress in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company.
