Dealing with Stafffinders and in particular Chloe has been an extremely positive experience. Navigating the job market is never easy and can be stressful and frustrating at times. Chloe had reached out to me after I had applied for a job they were advertising and made the recruitment process so much easier. I have had a brilliant experience with Staffinders. During the course of my correspondence with Scott and also Eddie I have been employed in a wonderful hotel here in the Isle of Islay, despite my many months scrolling and applying unsuccessfully through Indeed. Both Scott and Eddie were absolutely wonderful in being supportive and genuine in finding me a good job, and it felt as though it was important to them to find me something I would thrive in and be happy. If I was their boss I would give them both a promotion as they truly were fantastic... (I haven't been paid to write this I swear!) To summarise, I would jump at the chance to recommend Staffinders to my family or friends as its been an empowering experience that has finished with me getting a fantastic opportunity in a wonderful location. Started with Ross and he has been so helpful and professional throughout my time here never being with an agency i was out at ease , he always looks after us and does the best he can to keep you in work even when times are tough he defo goes the extra mile .

A great agency to work for, the app is really good to let me pick shifts that suit.

Ruth was amazing at talking me through every step of the process including the bar training. She made a newbie like me feel welcome and comfortable! Hope to work more with these guys!
