Visited the showroom had a look around must have been there 15 minutes no body approached me to see if I was interested in a bike had to ask if was o k to look and sit on a bike having help from a member of staff I tried to get more information from a sales representative regarding my enquiry but he was not very helpful will not be returning to this dealer will look to purchase a new bike from somewhere else

Ordered a new 2026 Honda CBR500R from this dealership with delivery agreed for 6 June. The bike was not delivered, and I was later informed there was a recall requiring workshop work before handover.

I requested further details and a written timeline but received no response. I have since asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, particularly as my part exchange motorcycle has already been sold by the dealership.

The staff I spoke to on the phone were polite and sympathetic, and they did offer alternative motorcycles from stock, but communication from management has been very poor and I am still waiting for confirmation regarding the refund.

This was the first brand new motorcycle I have ever purchased, so the whole experience has been very disappointing.

It is a shame, as the dealership had very good reviews on other sites and that was one of the reasons I chose to buy from them in the first place.

I felt the need to write this review after receiving outstanding service from Staffordshire Honda.
I was in the market for a new Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sports and after visits to authorised dealers on the Fylde Coast & North Wales I was 'losing the will to live'.
Both experiences left me wondering if Honda really wanted my business.
However after further research I trundled down the M6 and dealt with 'Tom' at Staff's Honda.
What a 'breath of fresh air' to deal with a decent, straightforward consummate professional. Tom was polite, realistic and above all 'on Planet Earth' when it came to negotiating the deal.
Needless to say I bought a brand new bike as a result!
I highly recommend Staffordshire Honda and they will now be my 'go-to' dealer for all my motorcyling needs.
Please give them a visit.

MOT. Having had a very positive experience when I bought a bike from these guys I booked a different bike in for an MOT. Very happy with the service provided by Ian and the team. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to chat and explain technical issues. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for these guys. Highly recommended for both sales and service. Couldn’t ask for more.

Bought a second hand bike off this lot, not 100% as described, few niggles but once they have your cash there not interested. Might be ok for new stuff but if your buying second hand use a credit card / finance so you get section 75 protection.

I purchased a kawasaki versys 650, I asked for a walk around video that was done and sent to me. After watching the video I thought I noticed a scratch on the engine casing! So I got back to the guy who sent video and let him know? He said he would take a look and then came back to me tell me he could see nothing?

However this wasn't the case when bike was delivered, sure enough there was a scratch that I saw!

So if buying a bike from this branch check the video and or ask for pictures if you think you noticed something!

Missed the last service on my Honda service plan by 2 weeks as I had a knee operation and could not ride. Spoke to Ian Condliffe at Staffordshire Honda who did the previous service "I'm sure we can sort that last service as you've only just missed it ...."
Fast forward 2 months 17 emails and 26 ignored phone calls later he tells me " sorry we cant do it YOU'VE left it too late" Customer service at it's worst AVOID this place like the plague .

Staffordshire Honda provided excellent customer service and the work undertaken was top quality. They showed me the consumables that were replaced during the service giving me confidence that they had done the things they said they would do.
