I booked this company for a TV to be…

I booked this company for a TV to be installed on a wall. On the scheduled day I waited in all day then I got a got a call two hours after when the engineer was supposed to arrive to say the engineer won’t be able to make it. !!!! What a waste of my time. I wish we could bill these companies for wasting our time. If they can’t even turn up on time when promised what hope is there for a professional job ? I leave it up to you to decide. I booked another company who turned up !! and did a great job.
