Poor customer service continues

Poor customer service continues. On December 8th I was contacted after leaving a review here and they stated they submitted a refund check for a year of charging a monthly service fee. As of Jan 14th, 2026 I have not received the check. I contacted them today and they said it was submitted on Dec 8th and to give it another 2-4 weeks. I feel like I am being strung along.

I needed to set up an Endicca account…

I needed to set up an Endicca account for mailings to my family this year. The process was straightforward but included a few items that required me to contact the support team to customize my experience. Difficult to use and hard to get refund. But it is much better than having to go to post office to buy a roll of stamps!

Originally I loved stamps dot com, THEN!

Originally I loved stamps dot com, I don't know why I thought I had a free account, but apparently, it must have been a free trial that turned into a very high monthly subscription, Then I discovered dealing directly with the post office is cheaper overall, without the super expensive monthly fee, I'm just a small business online retailer, and the monthly fees when you have a slow month or two are killer. Once I found u s p s gives you an honestly better rate for free. I closed my account as quickly as I could.

Stamps.com stampedes my USPS Mailhas been my method of…

Stamps.com has been my method of mailing letters, packages, and so forth for the past 8+ years. It is exceptionally easy and better than driving to the USPS, finding parking, waiting in line, etc. My mail is delivered swiftly and more importantly correctly every time.

They advertised as if they could send…

They advertised as if they could send certified mail directly, and they can not. I only found out after providing credit card information and being tricked into a subscription I did not want. The subscription is cancelled, but I am unable to delete my credit card information or personal information.

“free” trial is a lie

Signed up for a “free” trial but still needed to pay for my letter to be shipped.
I cancelled the trial same day and after a month, they have tried to charge me 20.99 8 times!
After I complained they immediately closed my account.
Do not use them, I will be initiating a chargeback
