The sales man and workmen did an excellent job. The after job calls were a bit pushy and rude. One hung up on me when I said I was too busy for a 3rd call that afternoon....

Excellent product and excellent fitting. The two workmen were outstanding in every regard. Customer service were also very helpful. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend. Work finished to high standard and workmen were on time, installed 7 windows and door in 2 days. Excellent.

Lovely windows, though still not properly finished after 2 follow up visits since installation in January.

As part of the deal I was supposed to receive a TLS card giving me a large range of discounts on shopping to make the products more affordable.

3 months and several reminders later and this still has not arrived.

This needs to be delivered immediately, credited with my spending since January, or Trading Standards will be getting a visit from me.

Oh - buy a product and be plagued with phone calls every fortnight to buy more, no matter how often you inform that you are not interested or cannot afford it.
St Andrew's seems to be in serious need of an Administration Manager.

I had 2 doors fitted to a very high standard by craig and stuart they were very efficient and left no mess when finished. The salesteam kept me up to date from start to finish that said i was not to impressed with the initial salesman who never informed me that there was a £299 admin fee to be paid upfront until i had agreed to go ahead with the purchase if not for that i would have giving 5 star rating

Good job. Installers (Colin and kyle) showed up on time on agreed date. Got to work straight away and another team showed up to assist. Job was finished in one day.
Had and issue with one sill that was installed having a chip on the corner but once pointed out was changed and satisfactory.
I do however have an issue with black spot in between glass on one window. This matter is in hand and being dealt with.

This review has now changed 10.04.18 due to lack of support and after care from st Andrews. Issue with black spot has not been resolved, other issues also still out standing. I had an appointment with a manager to come out to the property and inspect. Said manager did not turn up on the day he was supposed to. No courtesy call was given, giving him the benefit of the doubt Thought I might of had my days mixed up as had a lot going on I waited the next day, still no show and no phone call. Customer service staff on one occasion were rude and blunt over the phone basically saying the issues were not their problem. Awaiting further contact from the company.
Although as mentioned in first review I will not be using this company in the future for any home improvements and will not be recommending them going forward.

The agreed date was not met. Only late that day was I contacted (I had that day 22-3-18 already telephoned in an urgent enquiry) - and the next day (23-3-18) was agreed on. ( unforeseeable delay in a previous job on the agreed date )
The patio-door work went well - BUT the team (accidentally) took way the 3 curtain-rail hangers: I will have to buy new ( and charge to the company). This is so annoying.

I was a bit worried about paying out for our work to be done after reading some of the bad reviews, but my experience couldn't have been better. Our windows and Velux have been put in before the estimated date and look great. All workmen have been polite, tidy and skilled at their job. So glad I ignored the bad reviews now.

Salesman polite helpful as was the surveyor.delivery was quick,arranging fitting very efficient .workman punctual , skilled, very tidy. Product well sealed and is of excellent quality .Opening windows very well explained

Very happy with the windows and door fitted. They look realy good. The fitters arrived on time and proceeded to do an excellent job.It is a long time since I have seen any tradesman as particular and proud of his work as Dale who fitted ours. He was a tidy worker and he took great care to ensure that everything was finished to a high standard.

Unfortunately we've had a very disappointing experience. Initially we were sold a composite door which, when it was due to be installed we were informed that we couldn't have it and we "had" to have a standard fire door instead. Eventually after many calls & rescheduled meetings the door was cancelled and we proceeded with the windows. The fitters Ian & Ian were very professional and tidied up after themselves, but during the installation some plaster has come off the walls (which we now have to get fixed) and we have since noticed one of the window edges is slight chipped.
The windows are very good quality and we noticed a big improvement in heat loss & noise, it's just a pity the rest of the experience wasn't at the same high standard

I am very happy with the installed windows and Stevie who fitted them couldn't have been better. He was friendly, explained everything to me at different stages and worked through the coldest weather (the first two days of the Beast from the East). I hope he has thawed out. Very pleased, excellent Judith Adams contract o L000897.

We have nothing but praise for this company, it was made very easy to deal with everyone and I am over the moon with the doors and windows purchased. Workmen were in and out with no mess or fuss of any kind.

The product itself is good but other things let the company down.

The two workmen were pleasant and polite. I had exactly the same work done over twenty years ago and, from that experience, I knew the work could be done in one day but the workmen needed an extra morning to finish.

Unfortunately, the lounge window came without a ventilation strip and I am still waiting for it to be replaced. I have also noticed the bedroom window has a rough edge to it (but I haven't reported that yet).

I am also having problems with Shawbrook Bank who supplied the loan. I requested a letter giving me the details I needed to pay off the loan. Two weeks later, it still had not arrived so I phoned and a copy of that letter was sent. it took the full five working days to arrive. I did a bank transfer to them for the full amount, knowing it was close to the date the first direct debit would be taken. I have emailed the company, requesting they confirm they had received the bank transfer but they have not replied. That is not how I expect a bank to behave.

Delighted with our new windows. Good workmanship and excellent Customer Service provided . Would definitely recommend this company,

At first I was really sceptical especially after reading a lot of reviews. I have been pleasantly surprised. It’s worth thinking if you really need the product cause the salesman will be selling it hard. I actually cancelled the windows and just stayed with my house door and little window. Although I signed a contract for windows too, I could cancel when I changed my mind. I called the main number and customer service advisor was very friendly and helpful. I was contacted by the manager finally who personally came to see me to re-write the contract which was a nice touch. Few days later a surveyor came to take measurements and on a Saturday, booked fitting day, a guy arrived to fit the door and lthe window. He was very quiet and tidy. He has done a really good job, much better than I expected and cleaned after himself. I was really surprised and impressed I must say! The products seem of really good quality too. Probably you could find cheaper but I would definitely recommend this company and can’t say a bad word about them.

Appalling attitude and standard of work. the manager takes no responsibility for the damage they have caused to my home. The installation has caused water damage to my home and left holes in the wall. the installation manager of the Motherwell branch has no concept of customer service or care. They didn't even use the same color pvc panels. Anyone who has had the same experience as me should contact trading standards and their local media with pictures of the damages caused by job worth doing to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.
also, they will offer you cash back. This cash back will be added to your finance and you shall pay APR on it and the company will forget to pay you the cash back. if you find yourself in the same situation contact action fraud and the financial conduct authority. Opensky are regulated with them and clearwin and St Andrews are connected to this company.
Afer giving ample time to fix the issues St Andrews have now sent me a threating letter but asking me to contact job worth doing?? through all of this I have yet to gain a direct contact with St Andrews. So they also bully and threaten their customers. I will keep updating this review to provide accurate details of the conduct of this company.
