While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Horrible first and last experience with…

Horrible first and last experience with this company. A total waste of $100 for a printing job I can't even use. I went to the website to order A-Frame sign inserts. I uploaded the image and edited it to fit. Once I received my inserts; I was very disappointed. They don't fit and they are of the poorest quality. I spoke with a Linda who was not helpful at all and didn't resolve my issue. All I needed was an actual person to confirm with me the correct size of the insert I need for our sign; a solution that would have cost them nothing and would have recovered a very frustrated, vocal first-time user who loves to write reviews. I wouldn't bother wasting your time using their services as they have terrible customer service and they don't mind wasting your time or money. Work with a local company where real people are available to talk to and make sure your order is correct before they even ship it out to you.
