They were advertising a free shooting and since I was in Elternzeit I went. The girl shooted everything in about 10 min max with a background that could be from the 90s. After that she told us that each photos would be 35€ only in digital format or we could also get packages, all very expensive. Of course, even if the photos looked already perfect, she had to "do some photoshop" in order to justify the price and live out of this. We end up choosing 2 photos in digital format and made us pay right there per PayPal friends and family. Nice move.
Then I asked her to please send the two fast, without Photoshop because I wanted to use them for Xmas and if needed I can do Photoshop myself. The surprise came when she said that one of the photos Iselected wasn't there anymore. Dissapeared from his camera. Then told me I should select other, and I got annoyed cause she didn't want to give us the money back. I said then I'll just take one. Then she said the other one has also just disappeared. All very awkward. I don't know if she did this because she didn't like us or she thought we did this, but we didn't. It left me with a very uncomfortable feeling and the conviction to never do such a random shooting again. So I do not recommend this company at all.
