After researching for days and looking around everywhere I ordered a Canon 750D because their price was the cheapest around online. They provide 12 months warranty I wanted it shipped to my country. I was a bit hesitant because I have not heard of them.

But my order was tracked straight from order confirmation email. Full update and communication and it arrived in 5 working days.

I am so excited. I don't know where to start from ! I have ordered Playstation 4 500gb. I researched on ebay and amazon but I find the price reasonable on staraxe.com and find their review pretty awesome. I received the order within 3 days with a proper packaging. Will definetely buy from staraxe.com again. And would highly recommend every buyers to visit staraxe.com as this company is very trustworthy and also do have a great competitive price.

Ordered xbox one via Rakuten for my son for xmas. It developed a fault after 3 days. Staraxe did not take responsibility for resolving the problem, I had to go through microsoft.
Son's xmas was totally ruined, xbox took 3 weeks to be mended as it had to go to Germany.
Staraxe not interested in customer service - no good will gesture or compensation.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Update : since posting this review Staraxe have contacted me and offered to send an opened game from last year, but only on the condition that this negative review is removed!! I don't respond well to blackmail so they can stick it!

As a response to the reply from Staraxe I would like to add the following:
1) The repair was sorted between myself and Microsoft. I was not given the opportunity to return console to Staraxe but had to get it repaired direct with Microsoft. (If I had bought it from somewhere like Argos I would have returned it to them). It did not take 1 week. my son was without his console for 3 weeks after only having it for 3 days at Christams. He was distraught that his long anticipated present had to be sent away.
2) I do not think it unreasonable to request a goodwill gesture in these circumstances. You totally ignored my requests until I finally posted this review. You then got in touch as follows:

We don't have these games but I can give 3 month xbox live membership which adds up to 30 pounds. Will that be ok?

For a start 3 months xbox live is not £30.
Also you said you did not have "Destiny" game. When I pointed out that you were still selling it on Rakuten you told me it was an old listing and should be removed. Really??!!

You said you offered me a £25 game. No, you offered me an already opened Assassins Creed unity game (which are currently £11.99 new on Amazon).
There was no mention during this offer of me having to retract my feedback. Then I received this email:

When I said I would only amend my feedback and that I wanted the game shipping first you refused to send it.
I have morals and I believe the feedback should accurately reflect the company. I will not stoop so low to remove it just because you offer to send me an old opened game.
Unfortunately my son has missed out on a game because I stick to my principles but at least I can sleep easy at night.

Folks, you can make up your own mind about this company but i will never go near them again.

I was a little sceptical at first, to be quiet honest. The website could use some work, it does look like many of those fake websites out there, so at first I was a little put off. When I did decided to order a product, I must say that I was very impressed by the responsiveness of the Staraxe staff, their low prices and the fast delivery. I will definitely order from them again, highly recommendable.

I've ordered multiple times off staraxe. I saw them on ebay first and saw they had over 3000 feedback with very competitive prices which assured me they were a legit company. I first bought a ps3 off them which came in 2 days. I then bought a controller and 2 games (God of War and fifa 13), which also came in 2 days which is great delivery times.

Their communication with me throughout was great, be it getting the tracking number or answering any question I had.
Great company, great service, will definitely visit again! keep it up staraxe!

Very poor customer Service who don't have any idea as to what they're doing. Next day delivery service means a few days in their eyes. Requesting a call back to them probably means "meh if I'm bothered".

Also just to add a very shifty person delivered my item at around 8pm claiming he was from Royal Mail. When I asked for ID he stuttered and said it was in his car, told him to get it and he said he has other delivers to make. Hmmmm..... Very very shifty indeed.

Found this company after searching for a PS3, they were the cheapest by far. Felt a bit apprehensive at first, then I found a few reviews and they also except Paypal which made me feel more confident buying from them. The delivery company had problems delivering the console and I needed it urgent because it was a birthday present. The guy from customer services was kind enough to meet me and deliver the console in person. That's what I call good customer service. I will definitely use them again.

Seen a game,dirt cheap price :) Bought the item which arrived within 5 days.No problems whatsoever.

Printer took ages to arrive. No paperwork included. No invoice. Could not be contacted by telephone.

Bought an OCZ vector and they gave the best price I could find. Payed with PayPal which was also a plus. Would definitely buy from them again if the price was right.

Ordered item via Staraxe website, item arrived promptly and as described.
Followed up with a second order from Staraxe website and received same prompt delivery service and item as described.
Would definitely use Staraxe again.
Only minor criticism is that there is room for improvement responding to customers post goods delivery email enquiries! I received a discount code off of my next order from Staraxe but I was not able to redeem the discount code on my second order for some reason and I would have appreciated some advice which was requested but wasn't forthcoming.

I place an order which I did receive, until arrival I realised u had purchased the incorrect item. I then emailed to ask if u could return the item which was completely ignored.
