Not good anymore

I’m honestly disappointed because Starbucks used to feel safe and you know what you’re getting. Lately it’s been the opposite. The coffee is inconsistent (sometimes bitter and barely drinkable), and for the price it feels like a joke.

Long waits even when it’s not packed, tables not cleared, and you end up hunting for a spot without other people’s cups and trash. Staff can be nice, but it doesn’t fix the overall experience.

And the rewards are just insulting. Getting a “you won!” email and it’s basically nothing - it’s so stupid

Bought grande cappuccino only 2 thirds…

Bought grande cappuccino only 2 thirds full ! Did ask why and was told it’s the froth !!!!! Yes 1 third of it , this doesn’t happen in Costa they fill the cup , guess that’s where I will be next
Also no marshmallows for hot chocolate

we went to starbucks and order some coffee .
i order TL pistchaio red velvet latte .and when i got my drink it was normal latte they did not order the thing you want completey diffrence i recommend do not come to starbucks it rubbish .

I had one of the worst customer service…


I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Starbucks.

I was there with my child and asked to use the restroom. I was told that in order to use the bathroom, I had to purchase something first. When I explained that my child urgently needed to go, they still refused. As a parent, being denied access to a restroom for your child is humiliating, stressful, and unacceptable.

When I asked to speak to the manager and requested her name, she refused to give it. There was no name tag visible either. This lack of transparency and accountability is unprofessional and concerning.

I left feeling disrespected and shocked by the complete lack of basic human decency. Starbucks presents itself as a welcoming, community-focused brand, but this location clearly does not reflect those values.

I hope this is taken seriously, because no parent should ever be treated this way.

Starbucks down the tubes

I am a Starbucks gold card holder for several years. Tried to buy a text egift birthday card, but three times it failed and closed down!? Called support and she said did not know what happened!? I have bought and sent cards several times like this in the past, and all of a sudden it doesn't work and no one knows what happened. This is completely ridiculous and is indicative of many recent failing business practices recently.

5043 new Jesup hwy Brunswick georgia 1st and foremost they always do wonderful very polite very fast unless training, but my favorite Barista is Molly shes the most wonderful person, shes awesome she greets you on speaker she recognizes voices, remembers my order I dont have to even order... she should be given a raise her customer service is better than anyone I've ever met at starbucks, every starbucks needs a Molly.... I hope she never leaves.... Starbucks needs to reward the people who truly are special. Also all the other baristas do a great job as well thank you. Sincerely Mike.

Starbucks in Rancho Mirage California

Starbucks in Rancho Mirage California. Corner of Monterey and Country Club drive.

Disappointing experience due to staff behavior.

I stopped by in the afternoon to use the restroom after having breakfast here earlier the same day. Two employees informed me there was a “one restroom use per drink” rule, which was communicated in a very confrontational and unwelcoming manner.

The issue wasn’t the policy itself, but how it was handled. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and didn’t reflect the level of professionalism I’d expect from this brand.

Management may want to be aware of how policies are being enforced at this location. This occurred on Saturday between approximately 2:45–3:00 PM on January 10.

I am not writing this review about service, product,or store this has to do with Starbucks skimping on cup and tops quality
for the price you would think to get your coffee and a cup that the top doesn't come off and you still have your cup of coffee not just once but three times because I grabbed the cup from the top because I had to pull it out of its holder and coffee going everywhere 🤔🙏

I will NEVER buy coffee from Starbucks

I will NEVER buy coffee from Starbucks. They openly stated that they dont support our troops when asked to help with a bit of coffee. They can despise war all they want but to not support our troops is not a value I will not be supporting. Starbucks is gross. Their coffee's a disgusting and way over priced. Dutch Brothers is 10x's better
