I visited Starfisheries last week. It was personalized, I was given all the time I needed to check. Andy was helpful and nothing was to much trouble, taking the fish out for me to check, discussing the different options. I purchased 3 Orandas of exceptional quality. Well balanced fish, beautiful wen, rounded bodies, perfect butterfly tales and excellent swimming. I had to wait 7 weeks for my appointment but it was worth the wait.

This is now the only place I will be buying my fish. I have kept fish of various varieties for 35 years but in the last year returned to fancy goldfish. As a child I was fascinated by the pictures of fancy goldfish featured in the few FG books I had access to; the quality and variety of the fish in the images were unlike anything I had seen in the local fish stores - they seemed mythical and unobtainable.

I wanted to create a tank that the younger me would find magical (not to mention the old me!) and in Star Fisheries I have found the place where these mythical beasties live and thrive. I have bought three fish so far (they were carefully packaged and arrived healthy) and I have another on order. A rare Panda Ranchu is the 'star' of my tank and has totally won my heart! Andy provided me with excellent customer service. I recommend keeping an eye on the Facebook page for stock updates.

Was my Frist time order with star fisheries ordered some high quality ryukin and just wow there all absolutely amazing the body shape is just out this world just what I wanted reason I love them so much but that's not just it the fin shape the Tails the colours I honestly don't think I shop anywhere else now if get more tanks

My 3rd order. I ordered 2 oranda. This time round one I saw from a video on YouTube when fancy goldfish fanatics went to starfisheries and I emailed Andy a screenshot of the goldfish and he was fast to respond to my request and said it was still available so I snapped that opportunity up and my other goldfish was a blue oranda what's a nice goldfish the fish arrived safe and healthy they seemed a little stressed but they soon settled down. Thanks again starfisheries 😆

Ordered two Oranda dudes for my tank, service was fantastic! They keep you well informed regarding your order and ensure the safety of your fish by agreeing a delivery date that you're in for. The fish came well packaged and were delivered with care. As for the fish, I've had them a few weeks now and they're without fault, I love them!

I wanted particular colour fish and couldnt get them in aquatic shops, I ordered some fish from Star Fisheries.. The service was really good, they kept me up to date with the progress of my order, emailed me to confirm my delivery date, had text messages on the delivery day. I have to be honest, I was really impressed. Unfortunately one of my fish didnt make the journey. I spoke to Star and they were brilliant. Very apologetic and upset like me. A replacement fish was sent the next week and he arrived safe and sound. I am very impressed with the service and the quality of the fish. I would recommend them with out hesitation and will be using them again. The fact you can choose particular colours and breeds is something I cannot get locally to me..

Dealt with star fisheries a couple of times now the fish come well packed and on time but most importantly healthy a pleasure to deal with guys
