I truly loved how easy it was to be able to name a star after my bf. I also as very happy with how quickly they got my digital certificate and constellation picture for where the star was all sent to me so quickly.

I bought a star a couple of weeks ago they where very fast with getting everything set up for me and had everything I asked for definitely a legitimate company and very great full for there services definitely will use them again top notch company.

Amazing, loved it, was a perfect gift

Edit #4- This is my last edit as this company has horrible customer service. My email information has been sent in the Facebook message. I've also sent ANOTHER email as this company contacted my father (who the gift was for) threatening him. No product was received. No product lawfully exists. I will fight this company with all I have even if it's just on principle alone. For anyone who uses this company take a look at spacelegalissues website to see the validity of their fraudulent product!

Edit #2- COMPLETE SCAM. Star is not actually legally named! The coordinates can not ve found without their own "app". Star is not registered with the The International Astronomical Union which is the only place it can legally be registered!
No one is responding anymore to my messages. They do not have a customer service number because this is beginning to become upsetting. Starting to believe this is a scam....
Edit*** I did not send an email about tracking or the package as I was getting ignored on Facebook and was TOLD that I would be contacted after I sent all my information. I was NOT. At this point I am beyond upset. To see my messages read and not responded to is beyond horrible customer service! Sent an email today since thats what seems to be needed even though messenger worked just fine with the first response I received.

Ordered August 5th. My friend still hasn't received their package and it is now October 6th. I've sent 9 emails, got a response once on September 4th and nothing since. I still want the package to be sent and I was told an investigation would happen to ensure the delivery of the package. I have received no updates and mostly just copy paste answers now visa messenger and in email. Really dissatisfied with the customer service. There is no reason I'd have to send 9 emails and still receive no response. to get no response after sending various emails over a 1 month period from the first reply is ridiculous. I can't in good conscience recommend this company. This seems super scammy to me. Extremely disappointed. I was told by them that I would still receive my order as it was likely lost in the mail. So yes, I still expected to receive it after waiting over 2 months and never getting it and they also told me they would launch an investigation to FIND the package. I was notified that I would get an update once they launched an investigation and I was completely ignored. I essentially only got 1 copy pasta response from someone and majority of other attempts to have further communications regarding the package and the issue I had. I was more than happy to pay for what I ordered but I wasn't even given options at all. I said I hadn't received it yet and they instantly just refunded when I honestly would have preferred to just get what I paid for to begin with. I had no opportunity to ask for anything

I was thrilled to receive this as a gift from my husband but I cannot find an app or website to allow me to locate the star 😞

Would rather give 0 stars! Purchased for 34$ for the email but I also wanted the free gifts so contacted them and they said I needed to add the 55$ for those gifts. I did as it’s was for my daughter in law because my son passed. Says you get certificate plus 4 gifts… DID NOT! No photo album, no software! Just the certificate and map where the star is! None of the gifts the picture misleads you to believe you will get! I could have printed it out myself for the 34$, the card stock they printed is NOT worth an additional 55$! Find another company! Misleading to get more money out of you!

My significant other wanted to commemorate a loved one who recently passed away. She attempted to purchase a star from this "company" and was charged on her credit card, but never received any confirmation regarding her purchase (eg, confirmation e-mail, digital package). She reached out to the "company" via e-mail who admitted to not being able to find her order.

She attempted to dispute this claim with her bank, but this "company" sent a fraudulent response claiming they had rendered the appropriate services.

This "company" is a SCAM- stay away! To think they would do this to someone who is trying to honor a loved one. DISGUSTING behavior. Would give negative stars if I could.

I ordered this and was pleasantly happy. However I would like to see an app that allows someone to observe the night sky with a phone and find the star. My significant other was very thrilled about her star!!

A friend of mine lost both of his parents and I bought him a star named after them it brought tears to his eyes and came on the day they were celebrating the life of his parents he was able to have it shown off at the gathering... Thank you for giving him that opportunity to receive a gift of his parents shining down on him and his babies forever this is the perfect surprise for someone to enjoy always

I wanted to buy my mom a star as a gift for her birthday, so this came in handy. No better way to express your love towards another.

I was charged 89.99 after I confirmed my purchase but before it said I would only pay 34.99 and after I reached out I was emailed by them saying it was too late.

I recently was looking for a star gift website to buy a nice 21st birthday present for my girlfriend. I was shown this site as the first ad recommendation on Google and they looked very promising. I should have delved a little deeper and i would have found out they are scammers!! I bought one of their packages, was charged €80 and when I tried to contact them via email and their Facebook page to cancel the order immediately but I was met by very poorly composed responses and finally by being told the order had been shipped and there was nothing that could be done about it. I'm now disputing the transaction with my bank and had to freeze my card as there is NO security authorisation measures implemented into this website. They just snatch the money straight out of your account before you even realise it. When I continued to voice my complaints via email they offered me a "compassionate refund of $10". A laughable offer considering what I received in the post: after receiving the package all I got was two shoddy pieces of paper. The certificate didn't even have the correct date on it, only the date I made the purchase! On top of that the star wasn't even appearing on their registry. the registry is also clunky and functions poorly. What an embarrassment. I am intensely disappointed and for all those wishing to buy a star don't make the mistake I did, do your research. There are more reputable options than these jokers.

My fiance bought me a star in my zodiac constellation.and it is one of the brightest so it can be seen thru any kind of sky in the northern hemisphere. I love it and it's mine forever!

I used starregister.org to purchase a star for my friend's loss of her son. I thought it was legitimate, and I selected the option for the Deluxe Star Kit advertised as $34.99. BEWARE! They charged my card $89.99 without showing the total prior to charging my card and did not even send a receipt confirmation. I contacted the company within 24hr of clicking "Buy Now for $34.99" because I saw the overcharge on my card. After days of emailing back and forth, they claim they will not change the charge because a service was already provided, although the price charged is not the same as price advertised. I've tried contacting my bank, but since no receipt or confirmation price page is provided by the company, it is very difficult to fight this fraudulent charge. The company clearly has experience in this and knows how to get around the options available to protect consumers.

My wife cried and laughed at the same time. This was the perfect idea.
