Purchased a bag online, had my confirmation email of my order come through no problems, took my money no problem. Kept my money for 3 days before informing me they don’t even have the bag available to sell.
Poor communication, poor customer service, poor stock control clearly as well. I wouldn’t normally mind but when you need an item and are expecting it to be delivered today and instead I now have to wait god knows how long for a refund.
Take your hard earned money somewhere more deserving would be my advice!

Had several experiences with this company. 1) bought a bag came home and realised it wasn’t big enough for my phone. Took it back first thing the next morning to be told they don’t refund. They did refund it in the end but was hard work getting my £50 back.
2) bought a bag and the stitching came undone within the year. Took it back to be told the bag isn’t available anymore. So picked a different style bag. Got it home to find zip damaged. Took it straight back and they said they would order me another one. Three weeks later no sign of the bag so chased it up to be told they had been delivered into store. But my colour wasn’t there so had to pick a different coloured bag.
