I bought what on the website were red football boots. I paid extra for next day delivery. Really not happy to receive very, very bright pink boots! Complained to their customer services, who basically said the boots looked pink on their screen so nothing they can (would!) do! Boots to be returned at my cost. Not happy! Will certainly never buy from Start again. Other places cheaper anyway!

Bought a pair of Adidas Sambas. One of the trianers looked of inferior quality to the other. Sent them back and received a replacement - which also had an inferior trainer with different quality faults. Check the soles and any attachment/finishing.
I've an old pair bought out of a shop and all the fittings, soles, stripes, sealings are all bang on, and the same on both trainers.
You might be getting them cheaper but they're not first class quality.

Absolutely over the moon with my two purchases from Start Football, bought the new predators for cheaper than anywhere else and they are top quality!

Im always iffy buying over seas especially from California I've been trying to track my package but it seems like the shipper has not updated the tracking info since April 9, 2015. The website is up to par with the biggest names that sell football gear. So far its been fast easy and quality products. I will update with a cleat review once the shipment comes in.

A week after ordering the boots still had not been personalised (staff shortages). Website not updated, had to contact Customer Services twice to get status updates. Finally had to get the boots without personalisation, which was very disappointing, especially as they were a birthday gift for a young nephew.

At first I was amazed at the prices as anyone would be, I ordered football boots Nike CTR 360 and I also got them personalised as well amazing value for money all for £34.98 including delivery. The boots got here 4-5 days later as I was told. Recommended to all friends and family and will be ordering again!

So I ordered some nike structure 17 shoes last Tuesday (a week before Christmas) and it got to the Friday and I was concerned by the fact I hadn't had a despatch confirmation or any contact from these guys whatsoever. So, I decided to call them up and the guy I spoke to was really helpful. He said that he would print my order off and go and see what was what for himself. He said he would call me back (which always fills me with dread and makes me feel incredibly dubious when a salesperson says this) but...within an hour and a half... he did! Despite choosing the standard delivery option at the checkout, he said he would despatch them that same afternoon on a next day service (the next day being Saturday) and assured me I should receive them by Monday. Well, lo and behold, he mustve put them on a GUARANTEED next day delivery service as they arrived the next day in perfect condition! In conclusion, yes, I had to chase in the first place which wasn't ideal but essentially they responded really quickly and efficiently to ensure I had my item before Christmas! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to family and friends!

Definitely recommend to anyone who's active, be it just starting out or the serious competitive type there's something for everyone and at great prices compared to the RRP. This will be my only shopping website when loking for new gear.
