User friendly internet based. The rep we spoke to Genean was fantastic.

All reading materials and test questions are very easy to understand. All of the topics are very informative in comes of finances.

The course was fine. Not really helpful at all but I’ve never taken one that is. The bummer was trying to get the discount. If you’re eligible, it’s half price. But the app wants you to opt out of the discount and pay the full price. I had to stop and call them. The first person was completely rude to me and acted like I was stupid. It’s confusing because the email they send regarding eligibility for the discount uses the term “refund” like if you pay the full price you’ll get a refund for half after providing documentation. The app insists you opt out of the discount to pay. Meaning you won’t get a refund. Luckily, I did call because what I had to do was submit my information and wait for the discount approval. After that, the app moves you forward to pay the discounted amount. Another person I called said that what I did was the way to do it, but NOTHING explains the process correctly. So I’m assuming a bunch of people end up paying double when they don’t have to. Oh and even after I was approved, their system just left it in limbo and they didn’t notify me. I had to call back and then it was done right away but if I hadn’t called I’d probably still be waiting.

I am disabled and very hard to see, I did my best, my experience was great, after I finished I call the number and waited for hours, I wish you could tell me that you close on 6pm? I did called next day and got the certificate.

10 minutes per chapter is way too long to wait to be able to take the test. Frustrating to have to sit around and making this training 2 hours long. It can be done in half that time.
