Quality shoes

I've bought a couple of pairs from here and I just think they are such lovely shoes, really good quality and very cute styles. Delivery always arrives quickly and it feels like a treat to receive them.

Arrived quickly

Arrived quickly. I liked how they included a children's foot measuring chart, handy for measuring feet at home. Had to return an item, returns system very good but still waiting for refund.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Bought shoes in size 4.5 and they were smaller then the shoes we are wearing now in size 4. Customer service advised that nothing wrong with the shoes and refused to send me another pair or sell me another pair at the price I have paid to this defective pair. Provided them with All photos where you clearly see the fault. Nothing they can offer just send them back for a refund and if you want another pair you can buy them and in full price. How that could be right. The size 4 is just right The size 4.5 too small even cannot close the strap and the size 5 is far too big. I always buy the same style in full and half sizes never had any issues. Cannot trust this customer service they do not care and even do not look at cases properly . Very disappointed nevertheless - buying from them for many years and nearly all of shoes I revive have minor diffracts / for that price they should have been perfect... still keep them though 1 star for service.updates- after long battle they sent me a new pair in size what I originally bought and no surprise they fit perfectly - so the first time I received wrong labelled (sized) pair -manufacture fault I totally understand can happen, but the way how the issue has been dealt with wasnt right. Looks like they even didn’t read it properly...

Have purchased 2 pairs of the start…

Have purchased 2 pairs of the start rite mud busters as gifts. The wellies are lovely & excellent quality, the only downfall is they arrived badly packaged, in a plastic bag, so they were slightly out of shape, had to fill with padding to get shape back, some sort of protection needs to be put in the wellies when posting out, and as they are a gift it would have been nice to have the option of having them boxed. Overall happy with the product, but dispatching methods need looking at.

One star is to much

Cannot believe that such a well known company can get things totally wrong.
Ordered two pairs of shoes first arrived and a second tracking number was given for the other pair. No shoes rang to be told there was a mix up with payment and to reorder. Did this last Friday no email to say on their way. Rang to be told my order has not been honoured and now shoes are out of stock. Will never buy from such a unorganised company again. Thank god for Clark’s never once been let down by them.

They acted very unprofessional and…

They acted very unprofessional and unethical in the way they handled a situation that occurred when my 18 months old daughter went for one of their photo shoot. We spent over £80 for transport and I had to take a day off just for that photo shoot. The summary is that we got paid nothing because my daughter slept off just before her scheduled time for her photo shoot and wasn't in a very good mood when she woke up. A responsible brand would have still paid for showing up and scheduled another suitable time for the photo shoot in a convenient location
