Another none GDPR complaint company

No idea why I am getting unsolicited data from these people, yet another company that thinks its OK to send out emails to which I have not asked for or signed up for.

Hi David

I am Ben, the CEO of Start with Data.

I take this review extremely seriously given the fact you are publicly accusing our business of wrong doing when we do not have a business relationship with you.

I have looked into why you would be posting negative reviews like this about our business, and I can't find any evidence in our CRM or databases that we have ever contacted you - not to mention broken any GDPR laws.

I've seen that you've now left a total of 64 reviews just on TrustPilot alone and I haven't come across a single positive rated one. I believe that the majority of companies that did contact you were using your own business email address that is in the public domain - so your GDPR statement does not stack up.

You have no idea how much negative impact these reviews have on the 64 companies you have chosen to target and unfortunately Trustpilot make it extremely difficult to flag or take down this review, even if it is completely unsolicited without evidence. But I'm sure you already know this. In fact going by Linkedin you yourself ran a small business and probably understand that already.

By all means reach out to me personally and I'm happy to reassure you that my business takes these accusations extremely seriously - ben@startwithdata.co.uk
