We have successfully obtained your visa last year (June 2018) and you have come back to use our services this year (May 2019). Which lets us believe that you enjoyed our service and the fees were acceptable, so you have returned for a second time. All our fees are shown on our website and all our clients are informed in advance of all costs involved.
As checking our files we can see that all your enquires were promptly dealt with by various members of our staff on many occasions by either e-mail (17 times) or over the phone. More importantly, your visa was delivered on time for your travel needs.
We look forward to helping you again!

They were very helpful and patient with me, a computer dummie, who found the online application form extremely stressful. I would recommend them to anyone, the only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is that I had to point out a small matter on the application requirements and an option for 4.5 stars is not available
