Bad quality of road bikes

Oh my God, this bike is in its price category a real crap!

First, when I actually recieved it, I went the the bike workshop. They cold me that break pads are skewed, but they said it should get better over time ... it didn't.

Then, one day, it was actually sunday, I, after 2 months of regular commuting to work cut my chain. I contected them super angry about it, because it also ruined my sunday (where you want get a damn chain on Sunday right?). While they replied promptply, their answer was actually ourageous: "That's not possible, we have high quality chains ... please fill this endless form with all the details like address, phone number, email and so on". Hell no.

Now, the seat is falling apart, and handlebar bandage too.

All and all, after a couple of months of using, this is really, but really bad. I wanted to support a small brand, but not only they produce really low quality bikes, they are also quite arrogant.

Customer Dis-service

I bought a bike from State Bicycle Co online over a weekend, and received a despatch note two days later with no delivery information.

Upon checking I realised that I would not be home to collect (it was already with the final delivery person) and sent a request for state bicycle co to contact the carrier and ask them to hold it until I got back.to the country and could accept the delivery.

They refused.

I then said as I would not be able to collect it, they would be better to recall and cancel the order, to which they replied they would charge me part of the cost.

They also implied I shouldn't have bought the bike if I wasn't going to be at home.

Really bad service, I'm currently without a bike, and down £300.

I let them know I was going to leave a negative review, but they didn't comment.
