Straightforward and easy to order. Very competitive price and quick delivery. What more could you want.

Ordered Monday, received one week later on the following Monday! There was no movement on the tracking info for three days, "Evri awaiting parcel". On Friday I told Status of my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund. Half hour later, parcel on it's way (Mmm?), due delivery Friday, it wasn't delivered, then Saturday, again no delivery. It arrived on Monday. I do not think that it was all Evri's fault. If I had paid just over a quid more it could have come in a grey van, the next day. Lesson learned.

For the Autoglym product I wanted there is no better place to go. The price point together with free delivery works for me every time.

Placed an order before Christmas and was given a tracking number. The item never actually left Status Car Care, maybe Evri issue 🤷‍♂️. Contacted them about this they apologised and said they would re-send the order. Needless to say they didn’t send this again and couldn’t explain why it hadn’t left their warehouse for a second time. Have now had to ask for a refund. Will wait and see if this comes through or if I’ll have to contact my bank ☹️☹️

Wrong product advertised on their website. Ordered GT85 oil spray with PTFE as advertised but received non-PTFE version. The spray can is also damaged and missing the straw nozzle. Requested a refund but was told they would only refund 20%.

Easy to use website. I have used Autoglym products for a number of years, and their car shampoo with conditioner is excellent and makes washing the car so easy, with brilliant results and shine.
Status Car Care, were not expensive to buy from, and they kept me informed of the delivery details. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent price for AutoGlym car shampoo. There were delivery problems with Evri couriers and the package was lost, but another package was sent out to me immediately. Thank you for such great customer service.

I have three cars in our household and I have ordered from this company many times now, buying everything from Autoglym car shampoo, anti freeze and wax to Ad Blue and they have always delivered exactly what I wanted at the cheapest price I could find and on time. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Ordered about £60 of Autglym stock as the pricing seemed to offer great value.
That was as good as it gets, never got any email confirming my order which of course never arrived. After over a week of waiting I phoned customer services, which seemed to be an outsourced overseas service centre. All other options on the call just give you an email address to write to…..crazy why do you think we are calling you?
I was told the package was too heavy for delivery, really, and they would try again.
No more news over the next 24 hrs so phoned again and insisted on a full and immediate refund.
This was duly processed so to be fair the lady at customer services sorted this out in a timely manner.

I will be useing your company again, for the excellent services
