Sadly my personal experience is not good.
Delivery arrived of product from courier.
On opening I noticed that the free microfibre towel at the top of the package was wet.
There was liquid down the inside of the box and on the bottom inside.
The bottle of fluid had clearly leaked.
However this must have happened very recently as the outside of the box was initially dry and was only just beginning to show signs of the leak.
I contacted Status CC and they asked for photos which was entirely reasonable.
I sent them.
Whilst waiting for a response I was curious as to the cause of the leak and eventually found that the bottle trigger mechanism leaked where it met the bottle lid.
I sent a further photo to Status CC showing this.
I can only assume that the box , despite having a ‘ This Way Up ‘ on its outside , had been upside down recently for a period of time.
Status CC response was to offer a 10% refund.
I wasn’t happy with that and told them so.
I said to collect as a last resort and they said they would !
I know that I’m ’ biting my own nose off to spite my face ‘ but I’ll keep the product and not use them again as the Evri collection process could lead to further complications that aren’t worth my time.
I believe that how a company deals with issues is a true indicator of their ethos.
Status Car Care have a great deal to learn in my experience..
It’s notable that since letting them know that my intentions were to leave a negative review they have reached out and now offered me a 20% discount on my first order.

I was attracted to this sellers competitive price and a free gift with order. I placed my first order but the free gift option didn’t apply and received the standard confirmation email stating 3-5 working days delivery and that I’d receive an email confirming dispatch. After 7 days and no delivery or any contact at all I emailed to enquire about my order. The reply was quite quick telling me there had been a problem with my order and did I want a refund instead. At first I still wanted my order so replied saying that but was annoyed there had been no communication. The reply I got apologised for no communication. After reading the reviews it seemed that my experience was very common - take your order and money when they clearly don’t actually have stock or access to it. So I decided to accept their offer of a refund and emailed asking for this to be actioned immediately. They replied and said my refund request had been added to the “Q” and that I should see it on my credit card in 5-7 days! I will never use or recommend this company again.

Good purchase! I bought it online at a reasonable price, and it arrived on time.

Status offer a wide choice of car products and are competitively priced. The website is easy to use and delivery is fast. Most of all, however, is they genuinely value their customers.

The website was easy to use and navigate. I ordered some autoglym polish, which was a great price. It also included a free gift which was a micro fibre polishing cloth which is really useful. The delivery was quick, and the polish was packaged really well so no leaks.
The product and the company are both excellent.

After ordering on Wednesday I saw the bad reviews, however received a text which took me to Evri for package tracking. Arrived this morning well packaged and exactly what I had ordered so will definitely use again.

Ordered product , then heard nothing from company regarding delivery . , had to go through paypal to get refund, i think they took money without even haveing stock. Rubbish company
