Sorry to see our service is only worthy of a 1-star rating.

In this circumstance we dispatched your item on-time via the correct service however Royal Mail were experiencing a nationwide technical issue with their tracking site. Your item didn't arrive on time so we contacted customer service and was advised to wait a couple of days and it should be delivered.

After a couple of days you advised it still hadn't been delivered and tracking had no update, we therefore dispatched a replacement which was delivered the next day. You then returned this item and we have refunded in full.

I can see this is the second order you have placed with us, first order you had no problems and delivery was on time.

Order for Gucci watch

I ordered this Gucci watch to replace an identical one which I bought 5 years ago but lost recently while on holiday. I was delighted that the model was still available. I placed my order with Watch Status and my order arrived at 11am the next day. The ordering process was easy and I received updates on the progress of the delivery. A great experience all round.

We have taken a look at the tracking to see Royal Mail may have made an error however this seems to be getting adjusted now. If we see no update today, it may be the best option to send you a replacement and get Royal Mail to return the previously sent item to us, if recovered!

Dont buy anything from here!

Its ZERO if i could! I made an order of Gucci glasses on the 17th August and It delivered to a wrong address! And I am having to email constantly with someone in the team “Jordan” for any updates. This is ridiculous! It has caused serious inconvenience as it was a birthday gift. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

We note that you are disputing delivery and thus we have acted by opening an investigation with Royal Mail.

We understand how frustrating a delivery error can be so have also conducted our own investigation in order to help us reach a swift resolution. Like in most cases, if we can see there is a delivery error, we will resolve the dispute and refund the customer before Royal Mail reach their resolution.

In this circumstance, the GPS is accurate and the delivery image matches to Google Street View, showing numerous features that differentiate your address from every other, including your front door, brick work, and floor tiles which even have unique marks and blemishes. These clear indications prevent us from being able to resolve this matter right away.

Despite evidence, we will still submit a claim so Royal Mail can complete a more thorough investigation. This is something we will consistently chase up and update you once completed.

Happy Customer!

I purchased a Tissot Men’s Seastar 1000 in silver with red and black sports bezel. Following a couple of issues (missing documentation) which were resolved very quickly by watchstatus.co.uk, I am delighted with my new watch. The price was very competitive and the Watch itself is beautiful. Mistakes do happen in life and it’s not that they happen so much but how they are dealt with when they do and in this case they were dealt with professionally and very quickly. One happy customer.
