Completely different watch

I ordered this gift for my husband for Father’s Day and I haven’t opened it since it arrived and I wish I did and checked everything this morning. I open my package to get it ready to give it to him and it’s a completely different watch. It’s a ladies watch Gucci instead of men’s Gucci watch, so disgraceful to know how you pack your items with checking the product code is complete different and also I’ve bought this on finance with KLARNA also I really need help to exchange it

Greatest apologies to hear you received the wrong model. I believe the packing team mixed your order with another customers meaning that customer received your watch, they also wrote us a 1-star review.

Our packing process is rigorous, we check the watch and put into the correct box before placing onto the correct customer packing slip. However, we are only human and very rarely a mistake can happen, would argue ‘disgraceful’ is a bit of a harsh term.

Never the less, we’ll get this resolved for you right away and have already sent you an email containing instructions on organising a free collection of the watch you received, we’ll dispatch the correct model right away.

WRONG WATCH!

Got an email to say the £600 watch I purchased had a broken clasp to wait for a new one to come into stock, got the new watch, WRONG WATCH! Ignored on emails, spoke on Webchat, ZERO customer service! Told me to send it back for a refund! I also think the watch is NOT AUTHENTIC !

Dear Georgia,

Your order was due to be dispatched on 29th May however due to the watch failing our inspection prior to dispatch, we had to wait to send a replacement on the 31st May. For this small delay, we offered a £50 goodwill gesture.

As you mentioned, we did make a mistake our end and dispatched the incorrect model, something that certainly doesn’t happen often as we do have a rigorous dispatch process. For that we are very apologetic and have organised a free collection of your watch. You have opted for a full refund which will be processed immediately for you.

We haven’t received any further correspondence since the last point of contact when you requested to wait for a replacement. You received the watch today (3rd June) and messaged on live chat, which we instantly responded to.

The watch you received is genuine and was sourced as clearance stock from a UK authorised retailer. We aren’t sure why you have made this judgement, it arrived brand new in its official packaging.

Again, greatest apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Customer Service amazing

Customer Service amazing. There was an issue with the watch going missing between dispatch and arrival at Royal Mail. They responded to my email straight away and another watch sent immediately and received next day.

Excellent company to deal with. Watch arrived quickly and well packaged. Genuine manufacturer's product and working perfectly. Very happy customer indeed.
