On a recent visit to the big smoke, I stayed and very much escaped with Stay & Escape. The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean and Kelly was extremely helpful by answering my questions and generally making my weekend away as comfortable as possible. I would use their services again in a heartbeat and would encourage anyone to do the same. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely blown away by our Stay & Escape experience! We stayed in a beautiful three floor apartment over in Primrose Hill. From start to finish, everything was taken care of. The day we checked in, there was a huge heatwave in London and, without us even having to ask, S&E had installed fans so it was beautifully cool and immaculately clean! Exactly as described on the website, all the little touches felt super luxurious – crisp bed linen and fluffy towels – that luxury hotel feel! We were given a guide with lots of suggestions of where to visit and places to eat nearby – they even helped us get tickets to our favourite West End show! Nothing was too much trouble. We are now thinking of buying in London so we have a bolt hold and using Stay & Escape to manage the bookings for us – they make it so easy.

Stay & Escape managed our London property on the Embankment for short and corporate lets and did an excellent job. Their service was immaculate, with every detail taken care of by their team. We chose to short let our home as we often visit London and wanted to have access to the property ourselves. Every time we visited, the home was made up beautifully and they have an excellent cleaning team. We recently sold our home, which we put down partly to Stay & Escape’s management as it was left immaculately for every home viewing and they worked around our schedule. We plan to use their services again for our next second home.

Excellent service, stayed at our of their places in Paddington, the flat was stylist, comfortable and clean and Stay and Escape provided me with a great welcome and detailed guidebook to help me get around the area! Would definitely use them again.

I booked with Stay & Escape last minute and am so happy I did! The house was amazing and so close to everything. The bedding and towels were super luxurious and the kitchen was brilliantly equipped. My favourite part was watching the sunset from the balcony, plus the hosts were so friendly. I’ll be coming back soon!
