I Purchased two $100 cards as gifts.
1st card had already been redeemed. Went thru the process they required to confirm the card had indeed been redeemed prior to selling it to me.
Never got a straight answer.
Customer service is only there to string you along for a couple of weeks until time runs out then stop responding.
I would not recommend using this company.
The customer service is horrendous. They will send you an automatic email then when someone actually sends you an email it will be a form letter with nothing useful or constructive.
Your next level of customer service will be telling you to contact the vendor to confirm the redemption date.
How that will assist you is never made clear.
then they will go silent.
DO NOT USE THEM. UNLESS YOU CAN STAND TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND GAIN NOTHING BUT SOME EMAILS. YOU WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE WITH PAYPAL.
Stay away from STEAMCARDDELIVERY .
Worst company ever. On par with COMCAST for customer service.

i am being honest i have not been able have steam cards delivered very often, however i was satisfied by my first purchase and until then i will continue to use steam cards

i have tried several times to get cards been fully verified but they refuse to send them

I have ordered from Steamcarddelivery multiple times and am very satisfied. Quicker delivery than other card delivery services put it above all.

I purchase a gift card and even with advisors did not succeed .they even took my account off why ? Guess you dont wont me as a customer. Better to go with stores. There excuse is it got scammed !

UPDATE: Your comment makes me just as angry as the way you do business. There were no "security issues." If there was a problem with the email I sent it to, then it's MY problem, isn't it?
I wanted to give your family business a chance. I spend way too much money on Amazon and I hate the way they treat their employees. But you treated me much worse by being sneaky and secretive and acting as though you were the one to decide whom I would send a $25 gift to. I tell everyone I know to never use your business.

I honestly don't know how this company got so many Excellent reviews. They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and certainly don't believe in customer service. I wanted to buy a $25 gift card for my nephew. I had bought one other $25 gift card two weeks or a month before. I have the financial wherewithal but they didn't dare trust me to know what I was doing when I wanted to buy another $25 (!!!) gift card two or four weeks later. I have asked them to delete my account immediately. They ask for WAY too much information (a photo with your DL??!!). I don't trust them to have this info. and I'm very sorry that I ever went through all that for a $25 gift card. Let that stick in your mind--$25!!! Amazon would never ask for a photo with your DL and heaven knows I've spent thousands of dollars there.
