Awful! Not delivered the product on time and the staff doesn't care!! I ordered a protection glass for an Iphone from Steg on a Monday at 2pm. It was promised to be delivered the next day (Tuesday) but it failed. I called Steg, the staff on the phone couldn't care less. Due to late delivery I no longer needed the glass. I wrote two emails to "Customer Service" and try to return the glass but no one responded to me until today (after 3 months). At the time of purchase the price was higher at Steg compared to other vendors. I only chose Steg because of the promised delivery date despite the higher price!

I have purchased an expensive graphic card for the pc and I got an item which was clearly used before. So basically I have purchased a new item and they delivered a used one. Now , I send it back and ask for a brand new item....no items are left at stock so they provide full refund of the money. I did not pay any extra money for sending back the item. For this reason I decide to give 5 stars to Steg Electrinics

They charged me 170.- to recover data from my computer’s hard drive even so we agreed for 120.-

On their website is one price but on their shop is another price

The monitor I bought from them arrived with an issue where the screen was flicking. I returned it to them for repair and they had it for 2 and a half months! Once I got it back I discovered that the issue was still there so now they’re going to take it for at least another 2 months rather than just giving me a new one or giving me a refund. I’ll never buy from them again as if the same situation arose with Amazon they would have sent me a new one immediately.

Made a order of a gift for my son and they didn't send it.
Don't order anything with them. You will loose your money

Phone order outside of warranty, because it was an import.
I ordered a phone from them and when I had an issue with the screen, they said it was because of a fall which was what the repair company they are using said. This company is known for attributing repair phone to fall so that they do not have to repair them as it would void the warranty. So they did not agree to anything.
I will never by anything from Steg PC again.

Took an order two months ago and now cancelled. Claim that the product (battery) is no longer available. Yes it is, just at a different price. So they lure you in with attractive offers which they then honour at their leisure. Thanks but no thanks, stay away

When it comes to taking your money for the overpriced products they sell, they're great - the product is at your doorstep within hours. But God forbid anything is wrong with the item. Enjoy MONTHS of waiting for a warranty case resolution. On top of that, there is absolutely no transparency about the warranty process - the client has no way of tracking the process at all. The only info you get is that "no information can be given about the duration of the process".
My warranty claim started in May, it's August soon and I'm still waiting.
PS. BTW, beware, purchases above 1000Fr at Steg are not entitled to a return and refund, see their terms and conditions!

For me, 4 stars because my priorities are: customer service, efficiency and reliability.
Their customer service is very good although they take some time to pick-up the phone.
The site could be much better but I guess that if it was better they may have logistical issues afterwards. Still, it’s a very old commerce portal that should be revised with proper options with an accompanying app.
The delivery times may be bigger than the ones they announce in the site, and that’s because they probably don’t have the necessary back-end systems to support a more accurate delivery dates.
But if you accept that delivery dates are not the ones they have on the site and they should be taken with a grain of salt, if you are after a reliable service for expensive materiel, then STEG is the online service for you.

Showed availability for high-budget item (>1200 CHF); when ordered per express, said item was delayed 2 days; after 2 days, item suddenly delayed another week without notification to customer. Meanwhile promises were made by phone by incompetent staff with poor language skills (in standard Swiss languages). Terrible experience; canceled order. Note also that they increased the price during the COVID-19 crisis to take advantage; absolutely shocking.

I found cheapest SSD HDD in dietikon shop also i appreciated the employes socially in front desk... i forgut the name but really cool thing they have ...

Great place to buy all electronics first quality place, cheap price I bought 2 Radeon 580 for 250 francs which is much less expensive than other shops...
