i would give 6 STARS, but it worked one time selecting THUNDERBIRD, since that is what i was using.... got on CHAT and they were quickly online .... they suggested EVOLUTION instead of THUNDERBIRD [ummmm, ok????] AND, EVOLUTION is not in alphabetical order in the drop down list, AND it would never occur to me to use EVOLUTION. However, EVOLUTION worked. SO, I was fearing a long drawn out event in a time crunch scenario, but got it done in about 5 minutes, thx to their support for knowing what to do ... or at least try. thx much !!

I didn't know when purchasing that the license was on shot installation and now I am blocked I cannot use the software anymore I cannnot fix the issue by myself Contacted support to unblock the license My experience with Stellar was good For sure I would recommend Stellar to clients and partners

A good product for converting various mail formats. Technical support via ticket and via chat, fast and easy. The support technician also explained to us how to convert multiple mailboxes using the same license. Overcoming the limit of 3 installations.
