I had trouble with activating the software. Kheshwar Sharma was excellent in helping solve this issue and now the software is activated. I had tried to re-install the software, tried running in Admin mode, rebooted my system, all to no avail. This software is very important for me to be able to retrieve my old emails from my mac system into the newer Windows one. I would surely recommend this software to others. Wishing the Company the very best in its endeavors.
