I lost all of my emails after I deleted them from my spectrum server. I now understand this was because my Spectrum server was set up as IMAP and not POP. I downloaded Stellar Corporate and was able to recover my emails. Thank you! However, I am computer naive and did not know if I had converted the files from OST to PST and did not know how to move them to my outlook files. I asked for a ticket with Stellar and was contacted by support who contacted me and remotely fixed my problem very quickly. I am most grateful. Thank you Steve Snider

Stellar Converter .ost to .pdf worked well for mail, but would not include contacts until the .ost file was scanned again and only the contacts checked. When the entire file was output to a .pst file, the output file size varied over a range of an order of magnitude and never the same for subsequent scans and saves.
