This product, Steller's program to convert Outlook .ost files to .pst files is a really good product that has saved my Outlook usage now three times. I originally purchased it in late 2021 to fix a locally corrupt Outlook file and again had to do the same for another use of Outlook with Gmail (Gmail is really screwed up in using IMAP access with Outlook -- Google something like "slow Outlook updates using Gmail" for details). In less than 30 minutes after getting my license to Steller, i had full access to Outlook in order to rebuild the email and contacts access so that Gmail worked again. Nice product, simple to use. A definite 5. And support was there after hours when I wanted to verify the details of my purchase. Again a definite 5.

Excellent software in the most part but can be overloaded so make sure you have a lot of RAM and spread OST / PST files across different drives to keep maximum performance otherwise you can encounter crashes. I use this a lot as we are often recovering OST/Outlook files and it is excellent as a complete toolkit.

Customer service was great. However, it shouldn't have been needed. The company tried to sneak in a automatic renewal of the subscription, of which I would have never have agreed to if I had seen an option to renew. The performance of the application was fast and acceptable. The cost of the application was a bit high, especially since I only needed to use it once. The application is easy to use! So, did it solve my problem, yes it did. Would I purchase again in a pinch, maybe, but if they are still sneaking in a auto-renew I may look elsewhere.

I had basically lost me\y .pst files and therefore my email archive in Outlook and then learned about Stellar Converter for OST Corporate. My windows crashed and had to be reset. In my windows.old folder were my .ost files but not my .pst files. I discovered your software, downloaded, and used it. It recreated my .pst files from the .ost files. That really SAVE me!
