I recently purchased Stellar Data Recovery after accidentally deleting important files from a drive. I truly thought everything was lost. The software was easy to install, simple to use, and incredibly thorough in its scan. To my relief, it looks like I’ll be able to recover all or at least most of my deleted files. It turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one. Highly recommend!

• WHAT KIND OF PROBLEM DID YOU HAVE? 1) I purchase the Stellar LifeTime license on October 13, 2023. I went to use it on January 17, 2026 (approximately 3 weeks ago) and the key would not work. Since I needed to use Stellar Data Recovery that night, I purchased a one-year Stellar Data Recovery license. This evening, I called and spoke with (Stellar Data Recovery Sr. Technical Support Executive) who indicated that if I purchase the 1-year support plan ($49.00 plus tax) for the LifeTime License, I would be able to secure a refund for the 1 year license (179.00 plus tax) I recently purchased. • WHAT WOULD THAT PROBLEM HAVE MEANT TO YOU IF IT WASN’T SOLVED? While Priyabrata Swain (Stellar Data Recovery Sr. Technical Support Executive) was excellent in solving my problem and securing my refund, it would have been disappointing to not have my LifeTime licence work and to have purchased a 2nd 1-year license unnecessarily. • WHAT HAD YOU TRIED TO DO YOURSELF TO FIX IT? N/A • WHAT HAS STELLAR BEEN ABLE TO DO FOR YOU? Stellar Data Recovery is an excellent tool that is easy to use in order to recover important data files. • HOW WAS YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH STELLAR? I had a usb flash drive that became corrupted and couldn't be read. Windows indicated that I needed to format the drive which would have deleted all of my files. This excellent software recovered all of my video and photo files and made repairs to the files as necessary. I had a large number of videos that I didn't want to lose and the Stellar software repaired and saved them all.

I downloaded and paid for a stellar product based on change from OST to pst files - I was advised that the folder i downloaded was incorrect by Rohit - whom kindly downloaded the correct file and then we worked out that my outlook is corrupted so we downloaded another file .... so at this point Rohit helped me with great service but ,,,, the task is still in process - Then I got passed to Deepak - who asked me to download another software and that didnt work ....so at this point 5 hours in and 2 cheques paid ....This companies products dont work !

Data recovery for windows - product is helping with my recovery so far, it has saved some files I thought I had lost. I am still working on recovery since the external drive was very corrupted, but the customer service has been helping me figure out how to work through the process. I would recommend this product for it's ease of use and the customer service help.
